Kerosakan berlaku di bandar tetapi ada makhluk sentiasa dtg menyelamat.

sehingga 1 hari seorg wartawan telah terserempak dgn makhluk tersebut.

April O'Neil wartawan yg dipecat bertemu dgn haiwan ujikaji mendiang bapanya.

Segalanya diceritakan semula oleh Master Splinter..

Perjuangan menentang Shredder dan askarnya... 

Tapi watak dalam movie ni tertinggal sorang...

Korang boleh carik balik TMNT ni versi tahun 90an dulu.. Telah difilemkan dahulu.. Cuma bezanya in this movie the costume is more muscular and the old one is funnier... Exactly like the cartoon...
