penguin pandai surf

Plot

A documentary crew follows the events of Cody Maverick (voiced by Shia LaBeouf) a small rockhopper penguin residing in Shiverpool, Antarctica (a pun on Liverpool, England). After a childhood visit from surf legend Zeke "Big Z" Topanga, Cody aspires to emulate the renowned legend by becoming a famous and respected surfer.

Eventually, talent scout Mikey Abromowitz (voiced by Mario Cantone) arrives in Shiverpool scouting for surfers to compete in the Big Z Memorial Surf Contest. Cody joins the group of surfers, once he's proven himself to Mikey, and quickly befriends Chicken Joe (voiced by Jon Heder), an easy-going surfer from Wisconsin. Soon after arriving at Pen Gu Island (along with other prominent surfers Renato Mendes (Brazil), Rory Nubbins (Australia), and Tatsuhi Kobayashi (Japan)), Cody crosses paths with the local lifeguard named Lani Aliikai (voiced by Zooey Deschanel) as she rescues the penguin child, Arnold, from "drowning." Shortly thereafter, Cody has an altercation with the egotistical Tank "The Shredder" Evans (voiced by Diedrich Bader), a large muscular penguin and nine time winner of the Big Z Competition, when he witnesses Tank hurling stones at Big Z's memorial shrine. The disturbance catches the attention of promoter Reggie Belefonte (voiced by James Woods), all too eager to allow Cody to challenge Tank to a surf-off on the spot. Unfortunately Cody's inexperience with the challenges the competition has to offer leads to a terrible wipeout, and he is injured when he steps on a poisonous fire urchin. Lani takes Cody to the jungle home of a hermit called the Geek (voiced by Jeff Bridges) in order to get help for his injuries and to recuperate.

Upon waking up, Cody is quickly shooed out of Geek's house. He shows Cody the route back to the beach, and leaves the young penguin be. A short time having passed, Geek has found Cody's necklace in his hut and quickly returns to the path fork, finding Cody still sitting on the log, and returns the Big Z necklace. Geek then notices the log's type, Koa (of which all the best surfboards are made), and decides to make Cody a surfboard.

While carrying the log back to Geek's house, the two lose control of it and the log starts rolling down a cliff. The two run after it, and the young surfer notices what the cliff looks over: a beautiful and pristine beach. Unable to contain his curiosity, Cody treks down the steep cliff, inadvertently taking Geek with him. On the beach, Cody explores a toppled tree and soon realizes it houses several old surfboards, those of Big Z's. Geek is seen investigating a dilapidated shack littered with messages of grief from Big Z's fans, and from his reaction, Cody realizes that the Geek is Big Z.

Almost instantly, Cody's excitement that his lifetime hero still lives is unleashed in a torrent of questions and theories as to what happened, much to the chagrin of Z, who quickly takes to hiding within his old home. Cody is soon able to lure Z from the hut, having pulled Z's old boards from their resting spot and attempting to surf with them, much to Z's chagrin. Cody takes a few more wipeouts as he attempts to get Z in the water, but slowly manages to work tips from Big Z. Cody is told that he won't be doing any surfing until he has made a board of his own.

Cody, eager to make his own board, is unwilling to listen to Z's advice on making a surfboard. Z backs off, and allows Cody to pry his way through the wood, creating a "work in progress" gouged plank that quickly snaps once in the water. Cody becomes irritated and leaves the beach, leaving Z behind, Z all the time calling after Cody that he will come back. Cody runs into Lani, who reveals that she knew of Geek's true persona, and that he was her uncle. Lani then takes Cody to a series of tubes in the island and after a thrilling race through the tubes and a "winning" landing in glow worm droppings, a shower, and a talk, Lani convinces Cody to return to Z. Cody complies, realizing his folly, and returns to Z's beach, beginning work on a new surfboard under the bright moonlight.

In the morning, Z awakens Cody to start his training, but on land. Cody, initially irritated by the low-progress training, soon exclaims that he is "having fun." Z then gives Cody the OK to go into the water, and joins him in the surfing. Lani soon arrives on the beach and joins the duo as they surf the rest of the day away.

In the evening, Cody asks Big Z to come and watch him surf in the Big Z Memorial Surf competition. Z is highly reluctant, becoming irritated with the questioning, but ashamedly reveals the truth behind his disappearance. Cody is in disbelief that his hero had given up. Tossing his necklace into the dark waves, Cody storms off, intending to win the contest alone. Cody continues through the forest and is caught in a trap set by the natives of Pen Gu island. Chicken Joe appears, having been looking for Cody ever since his disappearance, and since had befriended and apparently traveling with the Pen Gu-ins, retrieves Cody just as the horn blows for the start of the Surf Off.

Taking the audience by surprise, the three finalists turn out to be Cody, Tank, and Joe, who turns out to be a natural born surfer. Tank attempts to take out Cody only to slip off his board. Tank is knocked out cold after colliding with some of the rocks, Lani coming to his rescue. Meanwhile, Cody is saved by Z, and together they swim back ashore. In doing so Z reveals his presence to the crowd, eventually inviting all to the north shore to surf and Tank looks like humiliated. Without no one is noticing the trophy, Tank kisses it and hugs it, the kids are teasing him, he drops "his" trophy and breaking it. Chicken Joe was shocked after he is the winner. All of the penguins and other animals move to the north. The film ends in sunset where they all surf in the beach, it is unknown what happen to Tank and Reggie in the other beach, alone.

During the first few minutes of the end credits, there is a last interview Cody's mother and brother, Glenn. His mother is revealed to not mind that Cody didn't win, but Glenn still sees Cody as a loser. His mother then tells Glenn that she wishes he could be more like Cody, to which Glenn responds by telling the cameraman "This interview's over." After the credits, Glenn is seen mumbling and throwing the documentary crew's equipment out of the window, ending the scene with "Go back to Hollywood!"

Synopsis

Radhe (Salman Khan) is a hard-core gangster . A sharp-shooter with a sharp brain, he works for Gani Bhai (Prakash Raj), the dreaded Mafioso, on his own terms. Totally fearless, Radhe singlehandedly eliminates Gani Bhai's enemies, one by one - making more enemies in the process. The man is devoid of any principles; he is arrogant, ruthless and does not care about the emotions of other people.

Radhe's astounded when young and pretty Jhanvi (Ayesha Takia) professes her affection for him. Inspector Talpade's (Mahesh Manjrekar) lustful eyes fall on Jhanvi. He doesn't know that Jhanvi has developed a soft spot for Radhe. Jhanvi is a very simple innocent and a naive girl and she believes that everything is good in the world and nothing is bad. After she meets Radhe she realizes that all her previous notions were wrong and life after that becomes a roller coaster ride for her. There is a transition in her character then.

Whether it's Golden's (Aseem Merchant) gang or Datta Pawle's Gang, everybody wants the biggest piece of the lucrative cake that is Mumbai and the only way to get it is to eliminate whoever gets in the way. As Mumbai reels under bloody gang wars, Commissioner Ashraf Khan (Govind Namdeo) vows to make the city crime-free and starts his campaign by arresting 200 criminals.

Gani Bhai comes back to Mumbai, kills Datta Pawle and ends up arrested by Commissioner Ashraf Khan. His gang retaliate by making a lewd video of his daughter. While she is tortured she reveals that there is a police informant in their gang.

On research they find outh that he's the son of former police officer Shrikant Shekhawat (Vinod Khanna) who now runs a fitness center. Upon killing him, Gani Bhai ensures that his son will perform his last rites. They find out that the mole is none other than Radhe and go into hiding.

Radhe forces Talpade to take him to the hideout. There, he engages in a mass shootout where he kills everyone, and finally slits Gani Bhai's throat with a piece of mirror, killing him.

Radhe then tells ths Commissioner that his daughter is safe and Gani Bhai is dead and also tells him that Talpade was killed fighting them. When Talpade questions this, Radhe shoots him down, saying : Ek baar jo maine commitment kardi, uske baad toh main khud ki bhi nahin sunta and the credits roll on the left side of a freeze frame of Radhe's face. Then the title song starts.

eli punya buku

Plot

Thirty years after an apocalyptic event, Eli (Denzel Washington) travels on foot toward the west coast of the United States. Along the way he demonstrates atypical but effective survival and fighting skills, hunting strange wildlife and swiftly defeating a group of highway bandits who try to ambush him. Searching for a source of water he arrives in a ramshackle town which was built by and is overseen by Carnegie (Gary Oldman). Carnegie dreams of building more towns and hinges these hopes on finding a certain book. His henchmen scour the desolate landscape daily in search of it.

In the local bar, Eli is set upon by a gang of bikers and kills them all. Realizing that Eli is a literate man like himself, as well as desiring his skills, Carnegie asks Eli to stay, though it is made clear that the offer is non-negotiable. After Carnegie's blind concubine Claudia (Jennifer Beals) gives Eli some food and water, Carnegie asks Claudia's daughter Solara (Mila Kunis) to seduce Eli. Eli turns her down, but invites her to eat with him. Before they eat though, he has her pray with him. The following day Solara prays with her mother. Carnegie overhears them though and forces Solara to tell him that Eli was reading a book. When he asks what kind, she says she does not know, but forms a cross with her two fingers. Carnegie realizes that Eli has a copy of the Bible, the book he has been looking for, as all copies were destroyed after the apocalypse. Eli sneaks out of his room and goes to the store across the street where he asked the Engineer (Tom Waits) to recharge his portable battery. Carnegie attempts to stop Eli, having all his henchmen fire at him, but Eli avoids the gunfire and shoots most of Carnegie's henchmen, even shooting Carnegie's leg with a shotgun blast. After Eli leaves, Solara follows and tracks him down, hoping she can accompany him on his travels and escape the town. Eli agrees on the condition that she take him to the town's water supply. After fulfilling her end of the bargain, Eli traps her there and continues on alone. Solara escapes and soon finds herself set upon by two men. As Solara grapples with the men, Eli suddenly appears and dispatches them with arrows. Eli and Solara continue on until they arrive at a strange house. They stop to investigate and quickly fall into a trap door. The residents Martha (Frances de la Tour) and George (Michael Gambon) appear and invite them in for tea. Eli surmises that they trap, kill, and then eat invaders, evidenced by their shaking hands from too much human meat. Before Eli and Solara can leave though, they are found by Carnegie.

Eli, Solara, Martha, and George hole up inside the house, and George reveals a hidden stockpile of powerful weaponry. A shoot-out ensues, leading to the death of some of Carnegie's men as well as George and Martha. Eli and Solara are captured. Carnegie threatens to kill Solara, which prompts Eli to hand over the Bible. Carnegie shoots him in the stomach and leaves. While in transit, Solara escapes and drives back to help Eli. Carnegie returns to the town as he has the Bible and is low on fuel. Solara picks Eli up and they continue west until they reach the Golden Gate Bridge, then they row to Alcatraz where they find a group of survivors dedicated to preserving pre-war knowledge. Eli tells the guard that he has a copy of the King James version of the Bible, and they are allowed in. Inside they are introduced to Lombardi (Malcolm McDowell), who is the curator of a collection of things from before the apocalypse. Eli, now revealed to be blind, [4] dictates the Bible from memory to Lombardi, before dying from his wounds. Carnegie has the Engineer open the Bible but is distraught to find that it is in Braille, and Claudia refuses to read it to him. His leg has started to go septic, and he will die without ever having read the Bible. Alcatraz begins printing copies of the Bible. Solara is offered sanctuary, but instead chooses to take up Eli's weapons and go back east.

Plot

Prohibition in the United States leads to an organized crime wave involving bootleg alcohol in the 1920s and early 1930s. The problem is most serious in Chicago, where gang leader Al Capone (Robert De Niro) has almost the whole city (even the Mayor of Chicago) under his control, and supplies low-quality liquor at high prices. Treasury Department agent Eliot Ness (Kevin Costner) is put in charge of leading the crusade against Capone and his empire. Ness's initial strategy is to conduct raids using a large squad of uniformed officers, but these fail due to corrupt cops who secretly tip Capone's men off.

Seeking a change of tactics, Ness solicits help from incorruptible Irish officer Jimmy Malone (Sean Connery), following a chance encounter one evening. Malone advises Ness to pick men who have never come under Capone's influence by recruiting directly from the police academy. Italian American trainee George Stone, formerly Giuseppe Petri (Andy García), is enlisted due to his superior marksmanship and intelligence under pressure. Joined by accountant Oscar Wallace (Charles Martin Smith), assigned to Ness from Washington, he has built an incorruptible team, capable of combating Capone.

Their first raid takes place in a post office where illegal liquor is stored. Malone and most of the police know where the alcohol is and leave it alone because no one wants to provoke Capone and his gang. As the four pick up steam and become noted by the press, Wallace informs Ness that Capone has not filed an income tax return in four years; therefore, they can try Capone for tax evasion, if nothing else. Ness is visited by an alderman who tries to bribe him into dropping the investigation. Ness angrily rejects the bribe and throws him out, but not before the alderman mockingly refers to the team as “untouchable” and says that Capone can have anyone killed who gets in his way.

Capone henchman Frank Nitti (Billy Drago) shows up outside Ness' house and threatens his family. Realizing that his wife and daughter are now targets, Ness has them moved to a safer place, then takes the team to the Canada – United States border for a raid on an incoming liquor shipment. Malone captures one of Capone’s bookkeepers, George (Brad Sullivan), and shoots an already-dead thug through the mouth to scare him into cooperating.

At the Chicago police station, Nitti, disguised as a policeman, kills both Wallace and George. Furious at the death of his friend, and frustrated at losing his key witness, Ness confronts Capone and his men; only the intervention of Malone keeps him from being killed on the spot. Malone persuades Ness to stall the district attorney from dropping the case, then corners corrupt police chief Mike Dorsett, who sold out Wallace and George to Capone. From Dorsett, he learns about another Capone accountant, Walter Payne, and calls Ness with the news. Just before Ness arrives, a knife-wielding thug breaks into Malone’s home; Malone forces him out the front door, only to fall victim to Nitti’s tommy gun ambush. He lives long enough for Ness and Stone to find him, and shows them which train Payne will take out of town before dying in Ness’ arms.

Ness and Stone arrive at Union Station and find Payne guarded by many gangsters. After a fierce shootout (an homage to the famous Odessa Steps scene from the 1926 Russian film The Battleship Potemkin), the two succeed in killing all of the gangsters and taking Payne alive.

Payne testifies in court about the enormous cash flows throughout the Capone organization. Ness, however, notices that Capone seems rather unperturbed despite the probability of serving a long prison sentence, and also sees Nitti carrying a gun inside his jacket. He escorts Nitti out of the courtroom with the bailiff and discovers that Nitti has the mayor’s permission to carry the weapon. Ness identifies Nitti as Malone’s murderer after seeing Malone's address in Nitti's matchbook.

Panicking, Nitti shoots the bailiff and flees to the roof of the building, exchanging gunfire with Ness along the way. Eventually, Ness has Nitti in his sights, but cannot bring himself to shoot him in cold blood. Nitti gives himself up to Ness, insulting Malone and bragging that he will never go to prison. Enraged at this idea and provoked to revenge, Ness throws Nitti off the roof to his death.

Back inside the courthouse, Stone shows Ness a document from Nitti’s jacket that reveals that the jury was bribed, explaining Capone's relaxed mood. The judge, who is also on Capone's payroll, has no intention of using it as evidence and is fully prepared to let Capone go free, until Ness bluffs that the judge's name is in Payne’s ledger of official payoffs. To avoid his corruption being revealed, the judge decides to switch juries with a neighboring courtroom and restart the trial. Before the trial can restart, however, Capone's lawyer withdraws the plea of "not guilty" for a plea of "guilty" without Capone's consent. Capone is subsequently sentenced to 11 years in prison.

Packing up his Chicago office, Ness ponders the Saint Jude pendant that Malone had carried with him for many years, and which Malone had given to him before dying. He gives the pendant to Stone, reasoning that Malone would have wanted a cop to have it. Out on the street, a reporter wishes to have a word from the man who put Capone away, but Ness demurs. When the reporter mentions that Prohibition is due to be repealed and asks what Ness might do then, Ness responds, "I think I’ll have a drink."

Chinese man builds $3000 “Lamborghini” from scratch

You can’t buy most cars with $3000 especially not a Lamborghini, but Chen Jen Miao, a 25 year-old mechanic from China proves critics wrong. Well, its not the same Lamborghini as those that roll out from Sant’Agata, but the amount of effort and commitment to the cause warrants some attention to this project.

Not made for any other reason than personal satisfaction, Jen Miao made his Lambo from scratch and used plans and sketches that he got off the internet. He used around $3000 worth of materials and started work on it a year ago, while maintaining a full time job.

Official specifications are a bit rough and top speed is somewhere between 97 to 145 km/h. Though for someone who has realised his dream of owning a Lamborghini, I doubt that it matters one bit.

Plot

Su Can (Vincent Zhao) is a general who leads a military force to save a prince from a large fortress of enemies in the mountains. In return, the prince promises that the Emperor will make him governor of Hei Bi. Su's step brother Yuan is envious of Su, but Su loves him and asks the prince to make Yuan governor instead. Su wants to leave the military and lead a life pursuing the perfection of Wu Shu, eventually in the hopes of starting his school and teaching his skills. Su gives his great prestigious sword to a comrade Ma, then tells Yuan of his plans. Yuan expresses that he is always in Su's shadow but accepts the governorship. Early next morning, Su leaves on a horse.

5 years later, Su and his wife Ying (Zhou Xun) (Yuan's sister) have a child, Feng. Su's father informs them that Yuan is returning from the military to be a governor. He warns Su that Yuan may not have come back simply to reconcile with family but to seek revenge. This is because years ago, Su's father killed Yuan's father when the latter went too far in learning a evil martial arts technique called the Five Venom Fists. Su's father then took Yuan in, but he harbors concern that Yuan is still vengeful. Su is naive and assures his father that everything will be alright.

When Yuan returns, a homecoming party is held. Yuan greets his Ying, Feng, and Su's father. Su's father knows what is impending and asks Yuan to take his revenge on him alone, sparing Su and his family. Using his mastery of the Five Venom Fists, Yuan kills Su's father and decapitates him. He expresses his desire to be with his sister Ying and her son Feng as a family. When Su hears the news of his father's murder, he rushes to the scene of his father's death and is attacked by the Iron Twins. He chases them to a rapid where Yuan is offering Su's father's head to his real father as a symbol of revenge taken. A battle ensues between Yuan and Su. Yuan has a dark armour sewn into his body, making him partially invulnerable to blades. Using his Five Venom Fists, Yuan deals a deadly poisonous blow to Su who is defeated. Feng begs for Su's life and Yuan spares him but throws him into the rapids. Ying jumps into the rapid to save Su and Yuan is heartbroken at the loss of his beloved sister. He takes Feng in as his only family.

Ying awakes in forest area and tries to bring her husband to civilization and safety. They are found by a herb researcher and wine maker Dr. Du (Michelle Yeoh) who treats Su's wounds. Su comes to consciousness but is broken to find his right arm severely weakened with all tendons torn. At first, he is desperate and turns to drinking, but with Ying's support, he focuses on training in order to save Feng. He meets Wushu God (Jay Chou) and an old sage and asks to be a their disciple. At a scared site, he trains with Wushu God for years, always trying to defeat him but never being able to. Later, by checking Su's pulse, Dr. Du reveals to Ying that Su is going mad and that there is probably no Wushu God or old sage since she is the only one living in the area. Ying follows Su into the forest one day and finds him fighting with himself, oblivious to the fact that he is only battling with Wushu God in his mind. Ying pleads with Su to come to his senses but he does not believe her. By the time Su realizes the truth, it is too late. Ying has left to try to save Feng by herself.

At Yuan's governance, Ying is now a captive of Yuan. Su arrives shortly after and fights his way through the guards. He also battles the Iron Twins and with his improved skills, he impales both on a sabre-spear like satay. Yuan orders his men to bury Ying alive in a box and then kills the men who buried her so that only he knows her location. A crazed Su battles with Yuan in his training chamber and ultimately defeats him, even gnashing though a poisonous snake in the process. Feng screams that Yuan must not die because only he knows Ying's location, but a maddened Su gives him the fatal blow to a defeated Yuan's throat, executing him. Realizing the words of Feng, he rushes out and a dying soldier reveals the vague location of Ying. Su and Feng rush to search for her but manage to dig her out too late. Ying dies from lack of air.

The era changes from the dynastic to the colonized. Su has lost his mind after the loss of his wife and the delusions prior. A homeless Feng leads his father through the streets by rope and takes care of him. A fighting area has a Kung Fu master killed and Ma, now leader of a Wushu federation, takes on a challenge in the arena. In the meantime, Su goes into an inn and creates trouble by stealing wine and performing martial art counters to people who are trying to stop him. He then meets a fellow drunkard (Jay Chou) who spars with him and gives him a few philosophical tips. The two of them start breakdancing and Su regains his sanity. The inn lady calls Ma to deal with Su and Ma recognizes Su. They have a talk and Ma gives Su back his sword. Su asks Ma to take care of Feng since he is unfit to be a father but Feng persists in staying with his father.

The next day, Su and Feng show up to support Ma in his arena battle. Su goes about drinking in the arena while Ma is severely injured in battle. When Feng tries to save Ma from being killed, the opposing wrestling grabs Feng and holds him in the air. Feng screams for help from his father. The cries triggers Su from his drunkedness and Su rushes into the arena. As Ma and Feng and being taken out of the arena by by-standers, Su battles and defeats the wrestler. More wrestlers are called into the arena to result in a 3 to 1 battle. Using drunken martial arts learnt from his fellow drunkard in the inn, Su's defeats the fighters although he is heavily injured. At the end of the battle, the other fighters are dead or out of consciousness and only after a vision of Ying and the dramatic cries of Feng in an otherwise silenced arena, Su manages to stand up. He is declared the winner.

Imaginasi Dr.

Plot

Doctor Parnassus' (Christopher Plummer) theatre troupe, which includes sleight of hand expert Anton (Andrew Garfield), confidant Percy (Verne Troyer), and Parnassus' daughter Valentina (Lily Cole), performs outside a pub in London. A drunkard barges onstage, crashing through a stage mirror. He is thrown into a journey of the imagination that culminates in his being offered a choice between enlightenment and a pub. After he enters the pub, it explodes. Parnassus says he has lost another one to Mr. Nick (Tom Waits).

Mr. Nick reminds Parnassus that in three days Valentina will turn 16, at which point her soul will be his. As the troupe crosses a bridge, Anton spies someone hanging beneath it. They rescue the hanging man (Heath Ledger), who spits out a golden pipe when revived.[note 1][8] Claiming to have amnesia, the man joins the troupe as a barker. Parnassus becomes despondent over the impending loss of his daughter. Mr. Nick visits Parnassus, revealing that the hanging man is a disgraced philanthropist named Tony. He offers Parnassus a wager: Valentina can stay with whoever wins five souls first.

Tony convinces the troupe to make the show more attractive to contemporary Londoners. In an upscale mall, Tony lures a woman into the mirror, where he takes on a different appearance (Johnny Depp). The landscape, powered by the woman's imagination, features gigantic shoes and jewels. Tony dances with her, and they spy a motel run by Mr. Nick. Tony convinces the woman to take a gondola toward a pyramid alone, winning a soul for Parnassus. The woman emerges from the Imaginarium, writes a blank check to Parnassus and gives her purse to the troupe. Other women watching the show clamor for a turn; Parnassus wins three more souls.

Four Russian gangsters see Tony, who owes them money. Tony flees into the Imaginarium. As the gangsters threaten Tony (Jude Law), Parnassus tempts them with a police recruitment song, promising they will enjoy being cops because they can continue being brutish. Mr. Nick successfully tempts them with a giant babushka; the score is four souls apiece.

Parnassus reveals to Valentina that in an hour she will belong to Mr. Nick. Hundreds of years earlier, Parnassus ran a monastery where monks perpetually recited a story to sustain the world. Mr. Nick challenged their beliefs by sealing their mouths. The world continued existing, but Parnassus claimed it was because stories were being told elsewhere. Mr. Nick made a bet with Parnassus over which of them could win over the souls of people to either crave stories and imagination (Parnassus) or addictions and feeble desires (Mr. Nick). Parnassus won over twelve souls before Mr. Nick, and was given immortality. Because his body still aged, Parnassus made a new pact with Mr. Nick so that he might be youthful again in order to win the heart of a woman he loved. In exchange, any child he fathered would become Mr. Nick's property when the child turned 16.

Valentina wants to run away, but Tony enters the Imaginarium to give his soul to Parnassus. Anton has discovered that Tony is a fraudulent charity scammer and jealously struggles with Tony. In the scuffle, all three of them end up in the mirror.

In the Imaginarium, Tony (Colin Farrell) and Valentina float down a river in a boat and have sex. Shortly after an impoverished child disrupts their harmony in the boat, Tony is suddenly back in his role as a philanthropist, speaking at a fundraiser with the President (Peter Stormare) attending. Anton appears as a child attempting to expose Tony as a fraud. A mob storms after Tony as the landscape disintegrates around them. Anton falls into a void, and Tony flees into a desert. Valentina enters a shifting landscape of broken glass and mirrors. Distraught over her father's bargain, Valentina decides to give her soul to Mr. Nick. Chased by the mob, Tony flees up Mount Parnassus as a heartbroken Parnassus looks on. Mr. Nick offers to trade Valentina for Tony.

Tony spots a gallows, but Parnassus confronts him, holding two copies of Tony's pipe, which he had used to brace his windpipe against the noose. Parnassus challenges Tony to choose which pipe is genuine and which will break. Tony chooses the wrong pipe and dies. Valentina is freed.

Parnassus emerges from the Imaginarium a few years later, finding that Valentina married Anton and has a daughter. He watches the family from behind a restaurant window, but does not rejoin them. Teaming up with Percy once more, Parnassus begins selling toy theater replicas of the imaginarium on a street corner. Mr. Nick, though, is still present, ever watching.

Plot

Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson) is an average teenager who wonders why nobody has ever decided to become a superhero like the ones in the comic books, so he decides to become a real-life superhero himself, despite having no superpowers or training of any kind. After his first attempt to fight crime Dave is beaten, stabbed, and hit by a car. He convinces paramedics to say nothing of his costume, and spends several weeks in the hospital. Upon returning to school, Dave finds his longtime crush, Katie (Lyndsy Fonseca), is surprisingly interested in him, but only because she thinks he is gay. Dave goes along with this in an effort to spend time with her.

Undeterred by his earlier setback, Dave defends a man from three attackers. A bystander records the event, as well as Dave calling himself "Kick-Ass". The video becomes a YouTube phenomenon, and Dave sets up a MySpace account so people can contact Kick-Ass.

Katie admits to Dave that she is being harassed by a drug dealer, so he convinces her to ask Kick-Ass for help. Kick-Ass tracks down the drug dealer to deliver a warning, but is attacked. He is then rescued by child costumed vigilante Hit-Girl (Chloë Moretz), who kills his attackers and then leaves with her father, Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage). They later track down Kick-Ass, informing him that they can work together, and they will keep in contact.

Big Daddy is then revealed to be Damon Macready, a former cop who was framed by local crime syndicate leader Frank D'Amico (Mark Strong). While Damon was in prison, his wife dies giving birth to Mindy. After his release, Damon trains Mindy to fight crime as Hit-Girl.

Believing Kick-Ass to be responsible for several deaths and theft of drug money within his organization, D'Amico orders his men to find and eliminate him. After D'Amico kills an imposter dressed as Kick-Ass, his son, Chris (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), suggests a different approach. Chris will pose as a superhero named Red Mist to trick Kick-Ass into trusting him, and lead him into a trap. Red Mist meets Kick-Ass, bringing him to D'Amico's warehouse to "ambush" his men. Instead, they find the building on fire with everyone inside dead. Red Mist retrieves surveillance footage which shows that Big Daddy is responsible.

Realizing the seriousness of his situation, Dave wants to quit being Kick-Ass. He tells Katie the truth, and she forgives him and becomes his girlfriend. Sometime later, Dave finds urgent messages from Red Mist, requesting they meet, and to find Hit Girl and Big Daddy. Kick-Ass leads Red Mist to one of the Macready's safe houses, with D'Amico's men following. Red Mist shoots Hit-Girl, knocking her out a window. Big Daddy and Kick-Ass are captured and taken to a warehouse to be tortured and unmasked in a live Internet broadcast. Kick-Ass and Big Daddy are severely beaten and about to be set on fire, when Hit Girl arrives and kills the gangsters. Big Daddy is badly burned and dies from his injuries after having a tender moment with his daughter. Kick-Ass tries to convince Hit-Girl to quit, but she plans to stop D'Amico, and Kick-Ass reluctantly agrees to help.

Posing as a schoolgirl, Mindy enters D'Amico's headquarters and nearly kills all the henchmen in the penthouse, but runs out of ammunition and is cornered. Just as one of D'Amico's thugs is about to shoot her with a bazooka, Kick-Ass, wearing a jet pack fitted with Gatling guns, kills the remaining men. He then takes on Red Mist and they knock each other out. Hit-Girl fights D'Amico, but she is quickly overwhelmed. As D'Amico is about to shoot Hit-Girl, Kick-Ass fires the bazooka, blasting D'Amico out of the window where he explodes in mid-air. Red Mist comes around to find Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl escaping.

Hit-Girl and Kick-Ass retire from crime fighting to live a more normal life. Mindy, now in the custody of Damon's ex-partner Sergeant Marcus Williams, enrolls at Dave's school. As Dave explains a new wave of superheroes have been inspired by his exploits, Red Mist is seen donning a new mask and swearing vengeance.

Alice

Sambungan kepada cerita alice inn wonderland dulu..
Dulu budak2 skang ni dah beso alice...

Plot

Troubled by a strange recurring dream, nineteen-year-old Alice Kingsleigh attends a party at Lord Ascot's estate where she is faced with the expectations of marriage and of the society she lives in. Unsure of how to reply and increasingly confused, she runs away to chase after a rabbit in a waistcoat, and accidentally falls into a rabbit hole. She is transported to a world called Underland, where she is greeted by the White Rabbit, the Dormouse, the Dodo, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, and several talking flowers. They argue over her identity as "the right Alice," who it is foretold will slay the Red Queen's Jabberwocky on the Frabjous Day and restore the White Queen to power. They consult Absolem[7] the Caterpillar, who decides that she is "not hardly Alice." The group is then ambushed by the Bandersnatch and a group of playing-card soldiers led by the Knave of Hearts. Alice escapes and flees into the woods.

The Knave informs the Red Queen that Alice has returned to Underland and is a threat to her reign. The red army is ordered to find Alice immediately. Meanwhile, the wandering Alice encounters the Cheshire Cat, who takes her to the Mad Hatter and March Hare's tea party. On the way to the White Queen's castle, Hatter relates the terror of the Red Queen's reign, and comments that Alice is not the same as she once was. The Hatter helps Alice avoid capture by allowing himself to be seized instead. Later, Alice is found by Bayard the bloodhound, who wishes to take her to the White Queen, but Alice insists upon helping the Hatter, so they go to the Red Queen's castle.

The Red Queen is unaware of Alice's identity and therefore welcomes her as a guest. Meanwhile, the Hatter persuades the Queen to let him serve as her personal milliner in an attempt to delay his execution. Alice learns that the Vorpal Sword is locked away in a case inside the Bandersnatch's den; she manages to retrieve the sword and befriend the beast. However, the Knave finds Alice with the sword and attempts to arrest her. Alice escapes with the aid of the Bandersnatch and delivers the sword to the White Queen. The Cheshire Cat saves the Hatter from execution, and the Hatter calls for rebellion against the Red Queen. The resistance flees to the White Queen's castle, and both armies prepare for battle. Alice remains unsure about the expectation for her to champion the White Queen, despite now being "almost Alice". She meets once more with Absolem, who reminds Alice of her past visit to Underland (which she mistakenly called "Wonderland" at the time) and helps give her the courage to fight the Jabberwocky.

When the Frabjous Day arrives, both the White and Red Queens gather their armies on a chessboard-like battlefield and send forth their chosen champions (armor-clad Alice and the Jabberwocky respectively) to decide the fate of Underland. The White Queen offers her sister a chance for peace but is refused. Encouraging herself with words of her father, Alice manages to kill the Jabberwocky. Having regained control of the throne, the White Queen banishes the Red Queen and the Knave to the Outlands, and gives Alice a vial of the Jabberwocky’s blood, which will take her home. The Hatter suggests that she could stay in Underland, but she decides she must go back and promises that she will return.

Alice drinks the blood and returns home, where she addresses all of the issues she faced at the beginning of the film and takes charge of her life. She then becomes an apprentice for Lord Ascot, with the idea of beginning oceanic trade routes in China.

Kill Zone

aku tgk gitu2 jer.. so aku bagi la plot yg dh ada.. he3..

Hong Kong Police Detective Chan (Simon Yam) has devoted his career to putting the notorious Triad boss Wong Po (Sammo Hung) behind bars. While escorting a witness with damning evidence of Wong Po's wrong doing to court, the police van is rammed at high speed by a car driven by the ruthless assassin Jack (Wu Jing). The wreck kills the witness and his wife, but spares the witness' young daughter. Detective Chan is left with a piece of glass in the back of his head. When the glass is removed, doctors notice a tumor in Detective Chan's brain. He doesn't have long to live making Detective Chan all the more determined to bring down Wong Po.

Ma Kwun (Donnie Yen), a detective from another precinct with a harsh reputation – he punched a suspect so hard once that he left the man with permanent brain damage – is assigned to take over the squad. The men on the squad are:

  • Wah (Liu Kai-Chi) – Very moody; was angry when Chan told him about his brain tumor. Has issues with his sick father, whom he hasn't spoken to in years.
  • Kwok (Danny Summer) – A long haired cop; his wife left him and has a daughter that he hasn't seen for ten years.
  • Lok (Ken Chang) – The youngest on the squad.

All the men are very protective of Chan, who has since adopted the slain witness' daughter.

When an undercover detective from the squad is killed, and video showing the murder surfaces, Chan and his detectives see a way to frame Wong Po, who is caught on tape swinging a golf club repeatedly at the undercover's face, injuring him but left him survive for a killer to finish the job, presumably at the man outside the frame of the video. The detectives decide to alter the tape, intimidate a witness and eliminate the real killer.

Ma Kwun is upset when he discovers the deception by the squad, but assists in the arrest of Wong Po, which culminates in a brawl in the lobby of a department store with the rotund crime lord, who has just purchased a large stuffed animal for his one-month-old son.

The action, coincidentally, comes to a head on Father's Day.

Lok goes to buy a gun to frame Wong Po with, and is killed by the knife-wielding Jack. Wah and Kwok are both eliminated by Jack as well.

Chan then goes to Wong Po's office alone, and is thoroughly beaten by the gangster.

Ma Kwun, in a dispute with his superiors over the handling of the case, turns in his badge and gun, and then goes to Wong Po's. He is met by Jack in the alley. Armed with only a baton, Ma Kwun engages in intense martial arts combat with the knife expert. Jack then wrestles the baton away but Ma Kwun manages to eviscerate Jack with his own knife.

Ma Kwun then heads up to Wong Po's office, finding Chan strung up and unable to move. The big gangster proves a worthy opponent for Ma Kwun's martial arts skill. The fight is a grueling test of strength and endurance. At a point during the battle, the two combatants have a judo contest. Later in the fight, Ma Kwun puts Wong Po in a head-scissorlock. The fight ends seemingly when Ma Kwun backdrops Wong Po onto a tall display of glasses and bottles. Wong Po appears to breathe one last breath, his eyes gaping wide open at the floor blankly, giving the audience the impression that he is dead. Ma Kwun then sits down at the bar and starts to pour himself a drink. Detective Chan, still strung up starts to speak to Ma Kwun. Less than a minute later, Wong Po suddenly gets up (not shown) and charges at Ma Kwun, smashing him out a full-sized window that is right next to the bar. The camera pans to slow-motion as the audience sees the surprised Ma Kwun falling to his death from the multiple story building. Unknown to Wong Po, his wife and baby son are waiting in their car coincidentally parked underneath that window. His wife makes a call to Wong Po just before Ma Kwun smashes onto the car, killing all three of them instantly. When Wong Po gazes down at Ma Kwun's body, he has a smug look on his face. As he starts to move away, he notices the car underneath the body. His eyes scan the license plate of the car, and realizes that it is his wife's car. At the same time, he receives the call from his wife's handphone. In an equal mixture of shock and horror, he stares blankly at the scene below a while before the impact of the event sinks in. Broken with grief, Wong Po slumps down onto a stool and starts sobbing as the scene fades to black.

The movie then fastforwards to an unknown amount of time later. The audience sees Detective Chan with the little witness girl that he has adopted at the same beach he brought his squad to earlier on in the show. He sits down, apparently in pain, on the sandy area of the beach, watching the girl at play. At this point in time, it would be assumed that Wong Po has been put behind bars. The movie ends when Detective Chan sits motionless for some time in the same position, indicative that his brain cancer has finally consumed him.

The ending described above is one of 2 different endings targeted at different audiences. The other, a cut version, shows Ma Kwun putting another glass on the bar counter and immediately cuts to the scene of Detective Chan at the beach.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is a 2007 American superhero film, and sequel to the 2005 film Fantastic Four. Both films are based on the Fantastic Four comic book and were directed by Tim Story. Ioan Gruffudd as Reed Richards, Jessica Alba as Sue Storm, Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, and Michael Chiklis as Ben Grimm are the film series' recurring protagonists, while Julian McMahon and Kerry Washington reprised their roles from the first film as, respectively, Victor von Doom and Alicia Masters. Doug Jones and Beau Garrett appear in the sequel as the Silver Surfer and Frankie Raye, respectively, along with Laurence Fishburne as the voice of the Silver Surfer. The plot follows the Fantastic Four as they confront, and later ally with, the Silver Surfer to save the planet Earth from Galactus.

Plot

Set two years after the first film, Reed Richards and Sue Storm are preparing for their wedding. A silver object enters Earth's atmosphere, radiating cosmic energy that creates massive molecular fluctuations and causes deep craters at locations across the Earth. The government approaches Reed to build a sensor to track the movements of the object.

As the wedding begins Reed's systems detect the phenomenon approaching New York City, causing a massive power blackout. The object destroys the sensors while the Fantastic Four protect the crowd. The Human Torch pursues the object, discovering that it is a humanoid, a "Silver Surfer." He confronts the Surfer, who drags Johnny into the upper atmosphere where the lack of oxygen and low air pressure snuffs his flame out, then drops him back toward Earth. Johnny manages to reactivate his powers and survives the fall. Later, when Sue tries to comfort Johnny, she touches his shoulders and their powers switch - he becomes invisible, and she is set on fire; when they touch again their powers revert back, Sue starts back out naked. Reed's examination of Johnny reveals that exposure to the Surfer has set Johnny's molecular structure in flux, allowing him to switch powers with his teammates through physical contact. Tracing the cosmic energy of the Surfer, Reed discovers that a series of planets the alien had visited before Earth have all been destroyed.

The Surfer has been creating a number of deep artificial craters around the globe. Reed determines that the next crater will appear in London, and the team travel there. They are just in time to avert the destruction of the London Eye by the effects of the Surfer's passing, and save its passengers, although the rescue is jeopardized when Johnny accidentally touches Reed and switches powers with him. The Surfer departs, and the Thames drains into the crater. Afterwards, both Reed and Sue contemplate abandoning their chaotic and heavily scrutinized lives as superheroes in order to provide a normal life to raise a family.

The Surfer's movements around the globe bring him past Latveria, where the cosmic energy affects Victor Von Doom, freeing him from two years as a metal statue. Doom, able to move again but scarred, traces the Surfer to the Arctic and makes him an offer to join forces. When the Surfer rebuffs him, Doom attacks. The Surfer returns fire, blasting Doom through the ice. The cosmic energy of the Surfer's blast heals Doom's body, reversing the changes seen in the first film.

Doom leverages his experience into a deal with the American military, who force the Fantastic Four to work with Doom. Deducing that the Surfer's board is the source of his power, Reed develops a pulse generator that will separate him from it, while Victor, who was supposed to be helping Reed, is working on some other unknown remote-like machine. While setting up the device, Sue is confronted by the Surfer, during which he reveals he is merely a servant to the destroyer of worlds, and regrets the destruction he causes. The military opens fire on the Surfer, which distracts him and allows the four to fire the pulse, separating the Surfer from his board. The military imprisons the Surfer in Siberia and forbids the Fantastic Four from interacting with him, while they torture him for information. Sue uses her powers to sneak into his cell, where she learns more information from the Surfer. He tells her his master was known by the people of his world as Galactus, a massive cloud-like cosmic entity which must feed on life-bearing planets to survive, and that his board is a homing beacon which even now summons him to the planet.

Doom, pursuing the power in the board, steals it from the compound, using the device he secretly created earlier to gain control of the board and its powers. The Fantastic Four rescue the Surfer, and pursue Doom in the Fantasticar, confronting him in Shanghai. During the battle, Sue is mortally wounded. With the Surfer powerless, Johnny absorbs the combined powers of the entire team in order to battle the cosmic energy-empowered Doom. Johnny succeeds in breaking Doom's control over the Surfer's board, while Ben Grimm uses a nearby crane to knock Doom into the harbor where he is last seen sinking; however, Galactus has already arrived, and Sue dies in Reed's arms. The Surfer regains the control of his board, and his power is restored. He revives Sue and chooses to defend Earth, flying into Galactus and confronting him, proclaiming " This is the end...for us both." The conflict results in a massive blast of energy that engulfs Galactus in a cosmic rift, and apparently kills the Surfer as well.

The film ends with the marriage of Reed and Sue in Japan, and the team's creation of their signature "4" in the sky with the Fantasticar. The credits cut back to a shot of the Silver Surfer's seemingly lifeless body floating through space. Just as he drifts off the edge of the screen his eyes open and his board races towards him.
