Terapi Kepala

TERAPI PERNAFASAN UNTUK SAKIT KEPALA & KELETIHAN (BREATHING THERAPY FOR HEADACHE & TIREDNESS)

Kita memiliki
(Our noses have left and right nostrils. Are these nostrils having the same function for inhaling/"breathe- in" and exhaling/"breathe- out"?).

-

( Actually it's not the same and we can feel the difference. Accordingly, the right side represents the sun/"heat" and the left side represents the moon/"cold") .

-

Jika sakit kepala , cubalah menutup lubang hidung sebelah kanan dan bernafaslah melalui hidung sebelah kiri dan lakukan kira-kira 5 minit , sakit kepala akan sembuh .
( When having headache, try to close your right nostril and use your left nostril to do breathing for about 5 min. The headache will be gone).

-

Jika anda merasa lelah , tutuplah lubang hidung sebelah kiri dan bernafaslah melalui hidung sebelah kanan . Lakukan ulang-alik . Tak lama kemudian, anda akan merasakan segar kembali. Sebab lubang hidung sebelah kanan mengeluarkan panas, sehingga banyak sekali panas , lubang hidung sebelah kiri mengeluarkan dingin .
(If you feel too tired, do it the opposite way. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril. After a while, you will feel refresh again. Because the right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily. The left side gets cold easily).

-

(Women breathe mainly with their left nostril, so they get calm down easily. Men breathe mostly with their right nostril, so they get angry easily).

-

( When we wake up, do we notice which nostril breathes faster? Is it the left side or the right side ? If the left nostril breathes faster, you will feel very tired. Close your left nostril and use your right nostril for breathing and you will get refresh quickly)

(You can teach your kids about it. The effect of breathing therapy is much better for adults).

-

( I used to have painful headache. When consulted a doctor, he told me jokingly," You will be all right if you get married!" The doctor did not bullshit me as he had his theory and supported with testimony. During that time, I used to have headache every night and I was not able to study. I took medicine but I was not cured).

-

(One night as I sat down to medidate, I closed my right nostril and breathed with my left nostril. In less than a week, it seemed that my headache problem had left me! I continued
doing it for about a month and since then there was no recurrence of headache in me) .
-

(This is my own experience. I used to tell others who also suffer headache to try this method as it was effective for me. It also works for those who have tried as well. This is a natural therapy, unlike taking medicines for a long time may have side effect. So, why don't you try it out?)
.
-

Did You Hear About the Morgans? (2009)

In New York City, an estranged couple who witness a murder are relocated to small-town Wyoming as part of a witness-protection program.

With scenes of Manhattan, we hear a man leaving a message on the answering machine of Meryl Morgan (Sarah Jessica Parker). He says it is Paul (Hugh Grant) calling, and thought of her today, as it was the 3 month anniversary of their separation. He says he saw her on the cover of the New Yorker magazine, and what a great success shes made herself as a realtor and her office. The machine stops, and hes run out of time. Paul calls back, and tells her he regrets what he did, and asks if she is getting the gifts hes been sending. The machine shuts off, and once again, he calls back to finish leaving his message. He says he misses her.

Meryl Morgan is a speaker at a formal dinner and fundraiser for charity, and while giving her speech at the podium, she sees Paul in the back, and gets very flustered, and cant follow her notes. She ad-libs, and finishes. They go outside, and Paul tells her he wants to talk, which is a switch, as he never wanted to before. They both have assistants following them, and they find an opening in the schedules, so the two can meet for dinner. After the dinner, they decide to walk home together and talk. It begins to rain, and he apologizes profusely for sleeping with someone else. Before they can resolve anything, they arrive at the address of her clients home, where she is scheduled for a showing. She looks up, and he is on the terrace in the rain, with no umbrella. Then he moves forward, and falls over the balcony to the ground, dead, with a knife in his back. The killer is behind him, and has a gun in his hand. He clearly sees them staring up at him, and they run, and escape. They are now witnesses to the murder. The police come and tell them the man killed was an international arms dealer. The go home, each to their own place, with a police guard.

The next morning, the killer sees a store window with a large version of the New Yorker magazine, and sees Meryl Morgan on it; now he knows her name and where she works. The killer comes to Meryls apartment, disguised as a cop, and shoots the guard outside her door. She screams, and opens the door when she hears the gunshot, see the killer, and then slams the door and locks it. He shoots the lock and breaks sown the door, as Meryl climbs out on the balcony. She is safe, and the real police come, and so does Paul. The police tell them that he is a professional killer and wont stop coming after them, so they have to go into hiding in the Witness Relocation Program, until he is caught. They both balk at this, but eventually realize they have no choice. They board a private jet, and take off. Once in the air, the police tell them they are going into hiding in Wyoming. Their cover will be that Meryl is the cousin of Marshall Clay Wheeler, and visiting from Chicago. Meryl explains that they are separated, and dont ant to go into hiding together. The police say that for now, they have to, but they will arrange different spots for them at a permanent site. For a week or so, they will be together in Wyoming.

They land in Cody, Wyoming at night, and are met at the airport by Clay (Sam Elliott). He wears a cowboy hat, and has a white moustache, and looks very much like a cowboy. Meryl is chilly, and he agrees to take them into town to the Bargain Barn for some shopping. It is like a Costco, and Meryl and Paul are amazed at the quantities and low prices. Paul is interested in the aerosol cans of bear repellant he sees, and buys several. At the store, they meet Clays wife, Emma (Mary Steenburgen), who is buying a rifle.

Clay tells them they are in seclusion at his place which is several miles outside the small town of Ray. They need to stay on the grounds there, as much as possible, to not raise suspicions. There is just one spare bedroom, and Meryl lets Paul have it. They are told that the computer and phone both have a code on them, so they cannot use either unless they have permission and the code. She sleeps on the sofa.

Back in NYC, the killer comes to Meryls real estate office, saying he is in the market to buy a property and wants to work with Meryl. Meryls assistant, Jackie (Elisabeth Moss), tells him she is away, but will call when she returns. When she isnt looking, he puts a bug under the desk, and slips one into her purse.

In the morning, Emma has made a big western breakfast, which Paul eats, but Emma wont, as shes a vegetarian. They decide to go for a run. Meryl worries that they might never get back to New York, and Paul tells her to just imagine this is a much-needed vacation. When they return to the cabin, a bear comes near Paul and they panic. Meryl is in the cabin, and reads the information from the bear repellant to Paul. It says to speak in a soft monotone to the bear, and avoid eye contact. When this doesnt work, he runs toward the cabin; Meryl sprays the bear repellant out the door, and gets Paul in the eyes before she can spray the bear. The bear leaves, and Pauls eyes are sore. They take him to the doctor in town. When Paul and the doctor are in the examination room, Meryl sneaks the phone and leaves a message for the adoption agency she was using in New York, and says that circumstances have changed and she might not be in a position to adopt.

She tells this to Paul late, and he is surprised she did this after they were separated. She explains that when they couldnt conceive, she was disappointed he didnt mention adopting. Paul responds by reminding her it was originally his idea to adopt. But, she got so crazed and wired with all the infertility treatments and hormone injections, and that he couldnt talk to her anymore. They talked about his affair-he cheated once, when he was in LA on a business trip. He apologizes again.

The assistants in New York are going crazy trying to run things at both offices without either Paul or Meryl. As they talk, Jackie tells Pauls assistant, Adam (Jesse Liebman) that she had a call from the adoption agency, and she has Meryls phone number from her. The killer gets the phone number from his bugging devices, and starts to find the Morgans in Wyoming.

While in Wyoming, Clay and Emma take the Morgans horseback riding, and then for shooting lessons. Meryl does well shooting a tin can, but Paul misses, and bruises his shoulder from the rifle. When they go back to the doctor again, he asks Meryl for her assistance in selling his mothers home. She looks at a photo of the house, makes some suggestions and agrees to help. She spiffs up the exterior and talks it up to a prospective buyer, and Paul is impressed. He asks her out on a date, and she says yes.

He takes her to the only restaurant in town, Annettes. They have a nice dinner, and when they leave, they see the doctor, and he tells them they can take his truck and drive themselves home. They get lost, and pull over to talk about their relationship. Then they head home. Next morning, they go jogging again, and run through town. By now, they know several people who greet them as they run past. They enjoy a round of Bingo with the town folk, and win $15.

At night, Meryl calls Paul outside; he goes and she shows him all the stars as it is a clear night. They are amazed at how many they can see compared to New York. Meryl quotes Shakespeare, and reminds him it was her wedding vows to him. She asks if he remembers his, and he recites them perfectly. She asks what came next and he couldnt remember. She says, You may kiss the bride and he says Thats right, and then she repeats. You may KISS THE BRIDE and he finally understands, and kisses her out under the starry sky. He carries her inside, and back to his room.

In the morning, they receive the information that they have 2 days until their permanent, separate sites are ready, and they still havent caught the killer. They talk some more, about wanting children and if theyd be good parents.

Meryl needs to talk to Emma but she isnt there, so she talks to Clay. She tells him that while they were separated, she slept with one man, and wants to know what to do. While milking the cows, he says to be gentle, and she agrees. At the Rodeo Dance that night, she tells Paul she doesnt want to go to a separate site; she wants to go with him. He is thrilled, and then she tells him she slept with another man. He leaves the dance, hurt. She follows and tries to explain, but he is too upset to listen, and tells her she probably just did it for revenge. This makes Meryl furious, and they argue.

In the morning, they are both crabby and mad, and decide not to go to the Rodeo with Emma and Clay. They both pack since they are supposed to leave for the new location, and Paul decided to keep the bear repellant spray in his pocket. The killer drives up, and when he walks across the property, the bear comes after him. He takes a shot, and Meryl and Paul hear it. They look and recognize the killer. They lock the doors and Meryl tries to shoot him. The rifle only held 2 shots, so when it was empty, they run out the back and get on the horse and ride off. They ride to the Rodeo, and look for Clay for help. He is announcing the event, and the killer is looking for them in the stands. They grab the 2-person steer costume, and Meryl is the head and Paul is the back end. She sneezes and the real bull hears, and charges. It knocks them down and Paul is worried Meryl was hurt, but shes ok. He chases after the killer and tries to spray his face with bear repellant, but mistakenly sprays his own face. The killer ahs his gun on Paul, but the Emma, and many townsfolk also surround them with their guns, and then Clay flings a horseshoe at the killer, hitting him in the head. He is arrested and taken away. Meryl tells Paul that she cant believe he risked his life for her and that she trusts him and loves and forgives himand they kiss.

Six months later, we see Meryl and Paul getting off a plane in New York, and they are carrying a tiny Chinese baby, which they have just adopted. They take the baby to their new apartment, and decide to name her Rae, after the city in Wyoming, but with a different spelling. Meryl holds Rae up to see the beautiful view and turns, and we see she is visibly pregnant. Paul remarks, that there isnt a more beautiful view, as he looks at his wife and daughter. Then he says he hopes the next baby comes out Chinese, too, and they smile.

Of all the period action movies that the Chinese are cranking out lately, “14 Blades” is the one I’ve been anticipating the most. It stars Donnie Yen in his usual Donnie Yen role – a tough-as-nails martial arts fighter with few if any equals. Set in Ancient China, the film has Yen playing Qinglong, the leader of the Jinyi Wei, a sort of commando squad/assassins guild that works on the behalf of the Chinese emperor. Members of the Jinyi Wei are highly skilled warriors trained to kill for the Imperial court since they were small boys abducted off the streets. As the head of the Jinyi Wei, it is Qinglong’s duty to haul around a wooden box roughly the size and length of a guitar case, except instead of a guitar, the box is tricked out with all sorts of groovy machines, including grappling hooks and, yes, the titular 14 blades. How a single man can lug around the box and its contents is a mystery, but I suppose it helps that Donnie Yen seems to have packed on some impressive extra pounds of muscle for the role.

As the film opens, exiled Prince Qing (a cameo’ing Sammo Hung) is plotting his return to power, which involves stealing the Imperial Seal for his own nefarious purposes. To this end, the crippled Prince has turned Qinglong’s fellow Jinyi Wei commando, Xuan Wu (Yuwu Qi), and after using Qinglong to grab the Imperial Seal, forces our hero to go on the run, having been labeled a traitor. Wounded but still alive and kicking, Qinglong meets up with a group of professional escorts (the armed bodyguard kind, not the high-priced variety, ahem), where he meets the acquaintance of Qiao Hua (Vicki Zhao), the daughter of the group’s leader. As these things usually go, sparks fly between the fugitive Qinglong and the lovelorn Qiao Hua, and soon the twosome are on the run from Xuan Wu and Prince Qing’s goddaughter, the very formidable (and dare I say it, incredibly sexy) Tuo Tuo (Kate Tsui).

Co-written and directed by Daniel Lee, who last gave us 2008’s “Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon”, and before that, the cop actioner “Dragon Squad”, “14 Blades” is a pretty straightforward period action movie, with the usual romantic interludes and heroic derring-do’s. The star, of course, is Donnie Yen, who sports some very un-Donnie Yen-like facial hair and, as previously mentioned, a noticeably bulkier physique for the role. No one has ever accused Yen of being a great actor, and indeed, he only has two or three real facial expressions that he uses regularly on all his movies. You can’t blame the guy, it’s not as if he got to where he is now thanks to summer stock productions. Yen is an ass kicker, and sure, he’s learned a thing or two about keeping something resembling a presence in-between the action scenes, but it’s still all about the action with the man.

Fortunately, “14 Blades” is chock full of ridiculously over-the-top action set pieces, with Qinglong’s many swords coming in handy in just about any and every situation. Need a crossbow? Kick the right spot on the case and you’ve got yourself a three-arrow launching crossbow. Need any one of its 14 housed blades? Slap this spot or that, and you got your pick of the litter. It really is silly how the filmmakers expect us to believe Qinglong, or anyone not named Thor, the Asgard God of Thunder can carry around something like that sword box. But of course, suspensions of disbelief are a must in films where people can hop twenty feet into the air or throw a sword like a boomerang. And besides, the ludicrous nature of the film’s many action set pieces perform exactly as they were designed to, which are to keep the film moving so that you don’t really notice the hackneyed script.

To give the film credit, while Qinglong is a pretty dangerous fella, he’s not invincible. He gets hurt pretty regularly, in fact, and every now and then he puts his guard down just enough to have a log break in two across his temple. Daniel Lee and company made a wise choice having Qinglong’s main foe be the mysterious and brilliantly underdeveloped Tuo Tuo. Played by former Miss Hong Kong Kate Tsui, we know almost nothing about the deadly Tuo Tuo, except that she’s one smoking hot dame, though you probably wouldn’t want to stare at her too long for fear she might just, well, kill you. Armed with a metal rope/chain weapon that can slice through flesh as easily as stone, Tuo Tuo literally cuts a bloody swath through the film’s male combatants, concluding, as it must, in a final brawl against Qinglong. Obviously a former Miss Hong Kong (by way of California, no less!) didn’t develop super fighting skills overnight, resulting in much of Tuo Tuo’s action scenes being heavily manipulated by CGI, giving the deadly lass abilities more akin to comic book’s The Flash.

Chinese period cinema mainstay Vicki Zhao has done so many of these movies that it’s probably second nature to her by now. Besides last year’s “Mulan”, Zhao also had a substantial role in John Woo’s historical epic “Red Cliff”, and before that, the supernatural period actioner “Painted Skin”. But she probably kicked off her current streak of “cute girl with expressive eyes and soulful disposition stuck in a man’s world” roles in 2003’s “Warriors of Heaven and Earth”. To her credit, Zhao’s scenes with Yen reminds us of just how far Yen still has to go as an actor, as well as how good Zhao is playing this familiar archetype. The film’s other notable supporting performance is turned in by pop star Chun Wu, here playing a Jack Sparrow-type desert pirate by the name of the Judge of the Desert. Wu’s desert bandit adds some much-needed color to the film, though his arc is a bit out of left field and not all that convincing.

If you thought “14 Blades” was just another excuse to watch Donnie Yen whup some ass in period setting and fall deeply into Vicki Zhao’s expressive eyes, then you’re not too far off. The film is working from a very weak script, and a lot of the movie’s narrative plotting doesn’t really make a whole lot of sense. The concept of the Jinyi Wei is intriguing, but although they’re initially introduced as shadowy killers with superior assassin skills, they end up being just another group of faceless victims throughout the movie. Apparently only Qinglong had any real special skills, which sort of, well, makes the entire organization not nearly as fearsome as we’ve been told. And while it’s true that Daniel Lee does indulge in some shoddy special effects here and there in the service of gratuitous establishing shots of various locations, on the bright side he also made sure that whenever the action started to lag, there’s always a whole lot of Vicki Zhao in perfect framing and shot in very good light.

Rabun Jauh

Rabun Jauh

JANGAN nak TIMANG@GONCANG

Just to share

General Info.....

Scan otak menunjukkan beliau mengalami pendarahan otak yang serius, Acute and Chronic Subdural Bleed with Subarachnoid bleed! Terkejut.

Health Info
SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME (SBS)

2.
Jangan memegang bayi anda ketika marah.
3.
4.
Minta bantuan orang lain.

Driven

Looking at automotive photography and accompanying text is one thing but there’s nothing like watching the wheels we love in action, in motion. That can only be accomplished with video. 2 years ago we realized that there was an emptiness on the television screens in regard to local motoring. So our team got to work to see if we could fix that. Finally all our sweat and time has been worth it. its finally here! After 2 years of hard work, our team are proud to present to you a brand new motoring television program that will premiere on 8TV on the 11th of April 2010 (Sunday) at 10.30pm.

Television viewers will probably familiar with international motoring programs such as the ones that end with the word ‘gear’ – Top Gear and Fifth Gear. There are also other motoring or motorsports programs on Astro but only the above two can be classified as auto review programs. But where is a show that not only reviews vehicles that are relevant to the Malaysian market as well as feature other local motoring or motorsports features? We believe that Driven might be the answer to this question.

The program will specifically showcase unbiased auto reviews on cars ranging from the most affordable to the ones that most of us can only dream of owning, motor sport features, classic car reviews as well as other informative segments. There will also be an opinion segment called the Insider Review fronted by yours truly :)

In a TV show, entertainment is key and this must also mesh nicely with the information that we would like to convey. Which is why the program will be treated with some humor and a high-quality production that is pleasing to the eyes. We didn’t scrimp on production budget as we hope to raise the bar when it comes to locally produced TV shows. This isn’t a camcorder show – we used proper equipment, good cameramen and top notch editing. Our first-time producer Nazrudin Habibur Rahman is fantastic and I’m pretty sure this won’t be his first and last production! Our aim is to make the show entertaining yet informative to suit both passionate motoring enthusiasts as well as those who don’t fancy the technicality.

There will also be an interesting weekly contest called the Double Barrel Hunt where you can win attractive prizes from BHPetrol, Nokia and V-Kool. You can find out more about this on the show. A selected few will also score invites to the Driven Track Day where you will be ‘chauffeured’ in a race car by a real race car driver, thanks to a partnership with Empire Motorsports.

Selecting the right hosts is important as well and the end result is Sharizan Borhan, Nurul Alis and Harvinder Singh. To most of you, Sharizan in an entertainer and is often referred to as Malaysia’s King of Swing but to us he is a petrol head who loves everything that has wheels, be it two or four. Alis spent many years with RTM in front of the camera lens and her passion for drifting and racing is a perfect fit for the program. Lastly, Harvinder is a motoring journalist that is familiar name especially on this blog as well as The Star’s Star Motoring pull-out. We hope our hosts will give a good balance of professional hosting ability as well as passion for motoring. And most importantly we hope that Driven will be the local motoring television show that you all have been waiting for.

You can enjoy all 13 episodes on 8TV as well as on Driven’s website at www.driven.com.my. Here you will be able to catch-up on any episodes you’ve missed. Of course all of this would not have been possible without our strategic partner BHPetrol who believed in our team, even though we are a first season production and don’t have existing numbers to prove ourselves with.

So we hope you can support us and make the show a success. Be sure to tune in every week and tell all your friends about this brand new show. Be sure to catch Driven every Sunday beginning April 11th at 10.30pm, only on 8TV.
