duit tak pernah tido

Plot

Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas) is released from prison in October 2001, after an almost eight-year prison sentence for insider trading and securities fraud.

Seven years later, Jacob "Jake" Moore (Shia LaBeouf) is awakened in his apartment by his girlfriend, Winnie (Carey Mulligan). Jake turns on the television, and starts to watch an interview with Gekko. Gekko has become an author and a lecturer, and is now promoting his new book, Is Greed Good?. Winnie gets upset and turns the television off. Winnie is Gekko’s estranged daughter and wants nothing to do with him. Jake drives Winnie to the airport on his motorbike, and she goes off to gather investors for her online political blog.

Jake goes to work at Keller Zabel Investments, one of Wall Street's major investment banks. He tries to raise more money for a fusion research project, which will be a viable source of alternative energy down the line, but the rest of the board does not agree with him. Jake is one of the firm’s top proprietary traders and the protégé of its managing director, Louis Zabel (Frank Langella). Zabel has become disillusioned with the industry and does not understand how he can be told a loss is a profit. He gives Jake a 1.45 million dollar bonus and tells him to spend it and keep the economy going. Zabel also encourages Jake to marry Winnie and have a kid since he knows that growing old is not for the weak and that Jake needs her.

Jake buys Winnie a ring and later goes out for drinks with his broker friend. Jake says that Winnie is not big on marriage, given the outcome of her parents' marriage, but Jake knows that she loves him and he loves her. His broker friend mentions there are rumors that Keller Zabel is in danger, with billions of sub-prime toxic debt off its balance sheets that is going to bring the company down. Jake brushes it off, saying "I'll make you a bet right now. I've got a million dollars left in my bonus, it's yours tomorrow a.m. You put it in KZI shares, you leverage that to the max. That's how much I believe in this company."

In the next scene, Jake is shown sitting at his trading desk, watching KZI stock crashing more than thirty percent in one day. Zabel meets with the heads of major financial institutions and the Secretary of the US Treasury at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Zabel tries to arrange a bank bailout for KZI, but he is blocked by Bretton James (Josh Brolin), the CEO of Churchill Schwartz (the film's fictionalized fusion of JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs), that Zabel had refused to bail out eight years prior when they were going under. James insults Zabel by offering to buy Keller Zabel stock at 2 dollars a share (against its 79 dollar trading value from three weeks prior). Zabel gives in, and they settle for 3 dollars a share.

The next morning Zabel wakes up, goes down to the subway, and, as a train pulls in, he jumps on the tracks, killing himself. Jake hears the news of Lou Zabel's suicide on the television. Jake attends a lecture given by Gordon Gekko and hears what Gekko has to say about the upcoming financial crisis. In Gekko's new book he reveals that in his opinion the unrestrained speculation will cause a financial cataclysm, even though everybody is euphoric about the current financial bubble. After the lecture ends, Jake approaches Gekko and tells him that he’s about to marry Winnie. They ride the train together, and Gekko explains that his daughter won’t speak to him because of her brother Rudy’s suicide. Jake sees that Gekko has a photo of Winnie as a toddler and asks if he can have it. Gekko tells him that he will trade Jake for a more recent photograph of Winnie. Gekko gives him the photo and his card so that Jake will find him later on. He also tells Jake that Keller Zabel was in trouble the minute someone started rumors about them and that Jake should look for whoever profited from Keller Zabel’s collapse. From now on, Gekko and Jake agree to make a "trade", so that Jake would enable Gekko to communicate with his estranged daughter, and, in return, Gekko would help Jake collect secret information to destroy Bretton, who ruined KZI.

With the help of Gekko, who is very resourceful, Jake does some digging and realizes that Bretton James profited from the Keller Zabel collapse. In order to get his attention, Jake spreads rumors about the nationalization of an African oil rig that Bretton’s company owns. The company loses 120 million dollars, and Bretton asks for a meeting with Jake. At the meeting, he tells Jake that he is impressed and offers Jake a job, making it clear that if Jake doesn’t accept he will have a lot of trouble being hired anywhere else. Determined to take Bretton out and avenge Zabel, Jake accepts.

Jake visits Gekko again and gives him the photo of Winnie that he promised. Gekko tells Jake that his research pointed out that the Locust Fund, a private offshore hedge fund, was betting against Keller Zabel. Jake explains that he was offered a job by Bretton James, and Gekko tells Jake that he suspects it was James’ testimony which got him sent away for eight years. Jake is confused, having assumed that it was Bud Fox who put Gekko away. Gekko explains that Bud Fox got him on insider trading but that was nothing compared to some of Gekko's other activities. He and Bretton had a falling out, and, though he doesn't know for sure, he suspects that Bretton was behind it. Gekko asks for another trade: he wants to have a face to face with his daughter. Jake pretends that he called Gekko to have dinner and ask his approval to marry his daughter, so he and Winnie go to have dinner with him. Winnie realizes that Gekko hasn't changed and leaves upset. Jake pursues her and she tells him that if he goes back, Gekko will destroy them.

At work, Jake is put on the sideline so that Bretton's point woman can take over a pitch to the Chinese. They are unimpressed with her pitch, stating that they are looking for the next big thing in energy. Jake swoops in and presents them with the fusion research he has been supporting. Bretton is impressed by Jake's initiative and is glad that the firm has made more money. However, the firm is in trouble but Bretton doesn't want anyone to know. The economy is slowly starting to crumble. Bretton hosts a fundraiser and invites Jake and Winnie. Gekko asks Jake to front him 10 thousand dollars so that Gekko can also attend and have another chance to reconcile with Winnie. During the party, Bretton tells Jake that the Chinese are going to invest $150 million in the fusion research Jake has been supporting. Jake calls the head researcher and tells him that the money is on its way. The day the economy collapses, Jake is at his apartment and tells Winnie that the world as they know it is over. Winnie tells him that is unacceptable because she is pregnant.

The economy is in the tank. Numerous companies are failing. Bretton tells Jake that the money the Chinese invested is going into fossil fuels instead of fusion research. Jake gets angry knowing that Bretton is trying to sink the fusion research since it is not financially profitable for him, even though it would benefit the entire world. Bretton would be unable to control the potentially unlimited source of energy once the fusion technology becomes established, unlike with the oil industry where the resources are scarce. Jake tells Gekko about what happened, and Gekko reveals that there is a solution: Winnie has an account in Switzerland with 100 million dollars, which Gekko set up in the 1980s when she was born. He told her that once he was out of jail, he would need that money to reassert himself, but Winnie reneged when Rudy died. Jake could use that money to fund the research and save the company. But since Winnie never declared it, she could go to jail for tax evasion. Gekko tells Jake that he can embezzle it with his old contacts. Jake believes him and goes to talk to Winnie. At Winnie's office, Jake asks why she never mentioned the money. Winnie is shocked that he knows, but Jake gets enthusiastic about the fusion research and tells her that this is her chance to make a difference. She agrees and the two fly to Switzerland. She signs the money over to Jake. Jake then entrusts the money to Gekko so that he can legitimize the funds for the investment in the fusion research company.

A few hours after returning to New York, Jake gets a call saying that the money never arrived. He goes to Gekko's apartment and finds it empty; Gekko's gone. Jake tells Winnie what happened and that he's been talking to Gekko for a while. She tells Jake to leave: she no longer trusts him or feels safe around him. He leaves bitterly and tracks Gekko to London, where Gekko is running a financial company again with the 100 million he stole from Winnie and Jake. Jake propositions him for one last trade: Winnie gets her 100 million back and Gekko gets a grandson. Jake shows him the ultrasound of his son but Gekko, despite being moved, cannot let go of being someone of importance. He tells him that it's not about money; it's about the game. Gekko says that giving the money away is a "trade he cannot make." Jake leaves.

Over the next few weeks, by using the previous information collected by Gekko about Bretton, Jake begins piecing together everything from Keller Zabel’s collapse to the economic bailouts being issued for Bretton’s company. He gives the information to Winnie, telling her that it will put her website on the map for good as a legitimate source of information and that he misses her like crazy. Winnie runs the story, and Bretton James is exposed. The board of directors kicks him out of the company, and Bretton is forced to testify to his crimes. Bretton's board of directors go to Gekko in order to start business with him, in view of the new credibility Gekko gained through his London firm's astounding success: by correctly predicting the coming financial collapse, Gekko traded the market in such a way that he has turned the $100 million that he stole from his daughter, into an incredible sum in excess of $1 billion.

Jake sees Winnie walking to her apartment and helps her carry her things. Their son has been kicking and keeping her up at night. Jake feels his son's kicks and Winnie thanks him for the help but they do not reconcile. Gordon appears and tells them that he deposited the $100 million into Fusion's account anonymously. Now that Gekko has attained his goal of becoming a billionaire, he feels that giving back that relatively small amount from his empire would be an act of charity. He apologizes and asks to become a grandfather. Jake kisses Winnie and they reconcile before the birth, and, one year later, they celebrate their son's first birthday with a party, at which Gordon is also present.

The story begins in traditional video style, as several of the film's characters are recorded and asked a series of questions about why they dance. The film then cuts to Moose (Adam Sevani) and Camille (Alyson Stoner) who are both dancers and attend New York University. Moose is majoring in electrical engineering after promising his mother that he would not dance anymore. At that moment, he saw a pair of Limited Edition Gun Metal Nike Dunks worn by Luke (Rick Malambri). Moose followed the shoes and then accidentally stumbles upon a dance battle, where he beats Kid Darkness from House of Samurai. Luke takes him back to his place, an old warehouse converted into a club. Luke shows Moose the House of Pirates, his dance crew, where he later teams up with them to compete in the World Jam dance contest against their rivals, the House of Samurai dance crew. But then, Jacob (Keith Stallworth), a member of House of Pirates, informs Luke that the warehouse will be put up for auction if the overdue rents are not made.

Luke meets a girl named Natalie (Sharni Vinson) at his club and quickly takes notice of her dancing abilities, enlisting her to become part of his crew. However, he is unaware of Natalie's true motives.

Moose found his time to be increasingly tighter as he had to choose between studies and dance many times, including once when his test clashes with a dance competition. He decides to go for the test, but upon seeing the test paper and receiving an angry message from Luke, he decides to ditch the test and rushes to the competition in the nick of time.

Luke and Natalie become increasingly close as the movie progresses. They share many intimate moments. Luke explains his true intentions with his recordings and dance interviews. Yet, Natalie is hiding the fact that her brother is Julien (Joe Slaughter) the leader of their enemy, House of Samurai, and lies about everything but the love connection between her and Luke.

Natalie faces a hard decision torn between her love and her family. She confronts Luke and asks what happened with him and Julien. To her surprise, he says that Julien had a gambling problem and he put a wager on the warehouse, so they kicked him out. After arguing with Julien, she decides to leave Luke. However, Julien uses her phone to invite Luke for her birthday party. Luke asks Moose to attend the party with him, as he wanted a friend with him, but because they had no invitation, they weren't permitted to enter. They find a way to get in, then finally sees her on the dance floor and dance tango. While they were having an intimate moment, Julien takes the chance to appear and reveals Natalie's identity. Luke is angry with Natalie. When Luke arrives back at the warehouse, he finds it is closed. Angry at himself for not being a better leader, he exclaims that the House of Pirates is over, and the crew goes their separate ways.

Meanwhile, Moose and Camille are best friends but Moose doesn't seem to see that Camille is in love with him. The two fall out during the film because Moose lies to Camille about dancing and she feels like he can't talk to her anymore. Camille feels that Moose doesn't have time for her anymore and tells him she misses him and feels like he doesn't miss her at all. Moose tells Camille that he misses dancing but misses her more and that she is his best friend in the whole world.

The two make up on NYC streets by dancing to a remix of Gene Kelly and Ginger Rogers. Camille tells Moose that he can never give up dancing as he was born to do it. Moose then helps out Luke by bringing the House of Pirates back together, and giving him additional members for his crew including Camille and The MSA Crew from Step Up 2: The Streets. They later find out one of their former members is over with the House of Samurai. They also find out Julien is buying their warehouse, but says if they throw the battle, they can have it back. They don't take the offer.

Natalie helps Luke to win the World Jam at the end with the routine they had practiced in the past. She invites him to come with her to California, which he does at the end of the film, meeting her at the train station and kissing her. Following this, Moose kisses Camille, showing her he really does like her. Before leaving for California with Natalie, Luke gives Moose a pair of Limited Edition Gun Metal Nike Dunks which he saw at the beginning of the film. The film ends with Moose and Camille saying "Lets Party People" to the crew.

Plot

Dragon Tiger Gate (龍虎門) is a martial arts academy established by two powerful martial artists. The academy aims to train and equip students with martial arts in order to uphold justice and combat the threat of the triad gangs in a seemingly lawless world. The academy is also a haven for children who had been orphaned as a result of triad activities.

The story begins with the two sons, who were born to different mothers, of Wong, one of the founders of the academy. The elder son is named "Dragon" and the younger one is named "Tiger". When the boys were still young, Dragon's mother left the academy and gave Dragon half of a jade amulet pendant and told him that his half-brother Tiger has the other half of the pendant. When Dragon's mother was killed in a fire, Dragon was taken into the care of triad boss named Ma Qwun and he grew up to become Ma's bodyguard. Ma Qwun's gang is a subject of the evil Luocha Gate.

Several years later, Tiger and his friends are dining in a restaurant and encounter Ma Qwun and his men, who are receiving the Luocha Plaque. The Luocha Plaque is a symbol of authority within the Luocha Gate and indicates that the holder is second only to the Luocha Gate's leader Shibumi. Ma Qwun and the leader of the White Lions Gang were arguing over the Plaque when Tiger interrupts and starts a fight with the gangsters. They manage to seize the Plaque. Just then, Dragon appears and fights with Tiger, whom he does not recognise to be his half-brother. Ma Qwun calls for Dragon to pull back.

Later that night, Dragon confronts Tiger and his friends at a Japanese restaurant to take back the Plaque. Tiger and his friends have been drugged by Scaly, another of Ma's lackeys, who also wanted to seize back the Plaque to prove to his boss that he is the better man. Scaly and his followers fight Dragon over possession of the Plaque. Turbo Shek, another diner at the restaurant, is aroused by the commotion and he joins in the fight on Dragon's side. Dragon and Turbo defeat Scaly and his men and Dragon takes back the Plaque from Tiger. Just then, Tiger discovers that Dragon has the other half of the jade amulet pendant and realises that Dragon is actually his half-brother.

Turbo follows Tiger back to Dragon Tiger Gate and wants to be enrolled into the academy to improve his martial arts. He is refused by the current leader of the academy, Master Wong Fuk Fu for his arrogance. Dismayed, Turbo waits outside the academy and promises not to leave unless he is accepted in as student. Wong agrees to spar with Turbo and defeats Turbo easily. Turbo is humbled and accepted by Wong as a student.

Meanwhile, Ma Qwun returns the Luocha Plaque to signify his retirement. He is supported by Dragon, who wants to return to Dragon Tiger Gate, and his daughter Ma Xiaoling, who wants a simple life. Shibumi sees this as an insult and sends his henchmen, the Double Devils, to kill Ma Qwun. He uses his subordinate Luocha to lure Dragon away while his minions kill Ma Qwun. Dragon realises that he had been tricked and return to rescue Ma but it is too late. Dragon slays the Double Devils after a vicious fight and leaves Ma Xiaoling in his brother's care before leaving.

Shibumi was impressed with Dragon for defeating his henchmen and goes to Dragon Tiger Gate to issue a challenge. With Dragon not present, Master Wong, Tiger and Turbo takes on Shibumi's challenge but were utterly defeated. Wong is killed by Shibumi while Tiger and Turbo are severely wounded. Ma Xiaoling brings Tiger and Turbo to Mount Baiyun to seek help from Master Qi. Qi heals the wounded Tiger and Turbo, and teaches them new martial arts techniques to fight Shibumi.

Tiger and Turbo storm into Shibumi's Black Pagoda to stop him from committing evil acts once and for all. Although their martial arts abilities have greatly improved since the last time they fought, they are still not Shibumi's match. At the critical moment, Dragon appears and fights Shibumi, eventually defeating him. Before the film ends, Dragon returns to Dragon Tiger Gate together with Tiger and Turbo.

Plot

At a base in Northern Germany, a worker delivering secret codes finds a Cocker Spaniel puppy outside his office. He brings the puppy inside, showing her to his Bloodhound, Rex. Rex senses something is wrong with the puppy and starts to bark at her, making the worker take him outside. Both are locked out of the office. Rex looks in the window seeing the puppy taking pictures of the top secret documents and later revealing to be Kitty Galore (voiced by Bette Midler), an evil female hairless cat. Rex turns out to be a dog agent and reports to HQ.

In San Francisco, Diggs (voiced by James Marsden), a German Shepherd police dog and his master, Shane (Chris O'Donnell) are called to a hostage situation. Diggs deliberately ignores Shane's commands. He attacks the suspect, causing him to release a device that Diggs grabs which causes a building to blow up. Butch (voiced by Nick Nolte) and Lou (voiced by Neil Patrick Harris) are watching footage of the incident. Lou, no longer a puppy and now head official of the Dog HQ, wants Diggs to be an agent with Butch as his mentor to help bring down Kitty Galore.

At the police station, Diggs is suspended and sent back into the kennels. Shane wants to adopt Diggs but the police will not allow it. Butch recruits Diggs and takes him to HQ. Lou gives them a mission to track down a pigeon named Seamus (voiced by Katt Williams) who is an informat and apparently works for Kitty Galore.

After tracking down Seamus, Diggs and Butch meet a female Russian Blue cat agent named Catherine (voiced by Christina Applegate) who was also after Shanus. At first it seems as though she was a spy sent by Kitty Galore to assassinate Seamus, she later reveals that she is actually an agent who works for MEOWS (an organization that is planning to actually stop Kitty Galore) who was after Seamus for the same reason the dogs were. She also reveals that Kitty Galore was once an agent named Ivana Clawyu who worked for MEOWS until she became rogue after a mission against the dogs during which she was knocked into a vat of hair removal gel causing her to lose all her fur and give her the appearance of a Sphynx cat, thus resulting in being ridiculed by her cat comrades and later be kicked out of her human home. Since then, Kitty has been plotting her revenge on not only dogs, but cats and humans as well.

After bringing Catherine to HQ, Lou contacts Tab Lazenby (voiced by Roger Moore) of MEOWS and they form an alliance to take down Kitty Galore. Seamus reveals where a pigeon was going while working for Kitty. At a cat lady's home, they discover the middlecat (who is actually Calico) that has been sending the parts to Kitty using other pigeons that work for her but claims that he doesn't know where she is hiding.

Needing help to find out where Kitty could be hiding, they go see Mr. Tinkles (voiced by Sean Hayes) who is locked up in a hidden prison on Alcatraz Island, bound in a Hannibal-style way (out of insanity; presumably a result of his torturous time with Mr. Mason's maid and her sisters from the end of the original film). Although he refuses to tell them Kitty's exact location, he gives a hint to the group that all secrets are revealed in a cat's eye and that he is planning his escape. Kitty discovers through an informant at the prison that the cats and dogs are working together and sends two Scottish orange tabby cat mercinaries named Angus and Duncan MacDougall (voiced by Michael Beattie and Jeff Bennett) to attack them and capture (and possibly assassinate) Seamus on the boat returning from the prison.

After getting fed up with Diggs not listening to his commands, Butch leaves with Seamus to the pigeon's home to find clues. Catherine takes Diggs to her home. Catherine learns that Diggs has been in and out of kennels his whole life. She takes him to the Cat HQ. Diggs, Catherine and Tabs learn that Kitty is hiding at a fairground with her new master, a magician, from a still picture from her video - by looking in the eyes like Tinkles said.

Not long after arriving at the fairground, Diggs and Catherine are captured by Kitty Galore and Paws (a huge Maine Coon with iron teeth, voiced by Phil LaMarr). Kitty reveals that she plans to send a signal that only dogs can hear through televisions and cellphones to cause them to act hostile towards their humans. After escaping Kitty's death trap, Diggs and Catherine meet up with Butch and Seamus who were alerted by Tab and Lou.

Kitty uses a chair ride as a satellite dish to transmit the signal. Seamus accidentally presses the button to start the program thinking it was the shutdown button. Dogs start becoming hostile in their homes. Kitty orders Paws to attack them and the final battle begins. Paws' fur is ripped off during the fight and he turns out to be a Terminator-style robot. Diggs tricks Paws into biting one of the wires causing the dish and Paws to explode. The humans watching think it is a stunt by the magician. When her beloved pet mouse Scrumptious (voiced by Elizabeth Daily) turns on her, Kitty ends up getting ejected from the satellite, tied up in cotton candy and lands right in the magician's hat.

After the mission, Diggs goes to live with Shane, who has been looking for Diggs since he escaped from the police kennel. Diggs is called to HQ and is shown a live video revealing that Mr. Tinkles has escaped from prison with Calico (voiced by Wallace Shawn). It is shown that Diggs, Butch, Catherine, and Seamus are still working together, hinting at another sequel titled "Cats and Dogs 3".

There is a post-credits scene with Mr. Tinkles and Calico.

Set in Los Angeles, California, John Constantine (Keanu Reeves) is a chain-smoking cynic who can see half-angels and half-demons in their true forms and who seeks salvation from eternal damnation in Hell for a suicide attempt in his youth by exorcising half-demons, with the aid of his sidekick Chas (Shia LaBeouf). After a recent case involving a full-fledged demon, and having been diagnosed with lung cancer, Constantine seeks an audience with the androgynous half-breed angel Gabriel (Tilda Swinton). Gabriel tells him that as he does his exorcisms to escape Hell and for his own benefit, they are vain acts that will not spare him. Departing, he encounters LAPD officer Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz), investigating the death of her twin sister Isabel, who leapt from the roof of the mental hospital she was committed to. Constantine then destroys an attacking true demon, then tries to speak with former witch-doctor turned owner of a nightclub that serves as neutral ground for half-breeds, Papa Midnite (Djimon Honsou), about this attack. He is rebuffed and dismissed, however. Constantine, with the help of his associates Beeman (Max Baker), Hennessy (Pruitt Taylor Vince), and Chas, then begins investigating the situation.

Constantine tells Angela that God and Lucifer have a standing wager for the souls of all mankind. The rule for this wager is that true angels and demons cannot manifest on Earth, but they can possess and influence humans. Afterwards, Constantine finds out Isabel was psychic, and her visions led to her institutionalization. With the help of Hennessy and Beeman, Constantine finds out that the demons are working for Mammon, Lucifer’s son, who seeks to create his own kingdom on Earth. Mammon's plan requires a powerful psychic, for which reason the half-demon Balthazar (Gavin Rossdale) locates Isabel and Angela. Angela reveals that she possessed the same gift but denied hers to the point that it became inactive. At her request, Constantine reawakens it, by leading her to a death experience (drowning her in the bathtub) so she can see demons’ and angels’ true forms.

Constantine attacks and interrogates Balthazar, who reveals that Mammon has obtained the Spear of Destiny, which has the blood of Jesus Christ encrusted on it. Angela is kidnapped to be used as the portal for Mammon’s entrance to Earth. Constantine storms Midnite’s club and after a brief scuffle, Midnite allows Constantine access to “the chair,” an old electric chair from Sing Sing Prison that had killed over 200 people. It grants Constantine visions which show him that the Spear was discovered in Mexico and that it is already in L.A. Constantine and Chas go to Isabel’s hospital, where Mammon is conducting the ritual to rise in Angela’s body. After exorcising numerous half-breed demons, the pair interrupt the ritual and attempt to exorcise Mammon from Angela, costing Chas his life at the hands of an invisible force.

Using sigils tattooed on his arms, John forces Gabriel (Tilda Swinton), to reveal itself, but Constantine is promptly subdued. Gabriel explains that it resents God’s favoritism towards humans and the forgiveness they are readily given. Gabriel believes that by bringing Hell to Earth, those who survive can become worthy of God’s love through repentance and faith. Gabriel throws Constantine from the room and begins to release Mammon. As Gabriel goes to stab Angela with the Spear and release Mammon, Constantine slits his wrists. Time stops and Lucifer (Peter Stormare), who hates Constantine enough to collect his soul personally, arrives. Constantine tells Lucifer about Mammon’s plan and Lucifer sends Mammon back to Hell to keep Mammon from conquering Earth before him. Gabriel attempts to smite Lucifer, but is relieved of its holy powers and defeated.

In return for helping Lucifer, Constantine is owed a favour, but rather than asking for an 'extension' and be restored to life, he instead asks that Isabel be allowed to go to Heaven. Lucifer happily obliges, but, as he begins to drag Constantine to Hell, Heaven appears before him; by sacrificing himself for Isabel when there was clearly nothing in it for him, Constantine has proven himself worthy to enter Heaven. Infuriated, Lucifer heals Constantine’s wounds and cures him of his cancer so that Constantine would have a second chance to 'prove that [he] truly belongs in Hell'. Constantine retrieves the Spear and departs with Angela, but not before a now-human Gabriel attempts to goad Constantine into committing murder, only for Constantine to simply respond by punching the now-fallen angel, introducing a part of humanity: physical pain. Gabriel, defeated, nevertheless delighted in Constantine's choosing "the higher path", says, "You could have shot me, John...look how well you're doing!"

Constantine then gives the Spear to Angela and instructs her to hide it where no one can find it. The final shot before the credits reveals that Constantine has switched from cigarettes to gum.

After the credits, Constantine visits Chas’ grave and sees Chas rise into Heaven as an angel.

Plot

Detectives Danson (Dwayne Johnson) and Highsmith (Samuel L. Jackson) are pursuing a group of criminals in a Cadillac Escalade. After a brief firefight that results in the hood of Highsmith's Chevy Chevelle getting blown into the windshield, the two inadvertently crash into the side of a double decker bus. Danson drives it after the criminals and meticulously slingshots the trapped car out the other side of the bus (with Highsmith firing the whole time) and crashing into the Trump Tower, inexplicably surviving. The criminals manage to get away, until police backup quickly arrives and arrests them.

Detective Allen Gamble (Will Ferrell) is a forensic accountant who is more interested in paperwork than hitting the streets, but idolizes Danson and Highsmith. Detective Terry Hoitz (Mark Wahlberg) has been stuck with Allen as his partner for the past seven years ever since he shot Derek Jeter during the World Series. Allen and Hoitz receive no respect from the other officers, who trick Allen into firing his gun in the office (a "desk pop"), leaving him with a wooden practice gun as punishment. During a pursuit of a group of professional bank robbers, Danson and Highsmith die when they jump off a 20-story building onto the sidewalk, inexplicably agreeing to aim for bushes that aren't there.

When an opportunity arises for Terry and Allen (the "other guys") to step up, things do not quite go as planned. Allen begins to investigate a scaffolding permit violation and winds up uncovering a much bigger plot by multi-billionaire David Ershon to cover his company's losses. As things get worse, Allen and Terry are forced to split up. Allen still tries to solve the crime on his own, even though Terry thinks it is a dead end. He finally gets credible evidence and earns his gun back. Allen finally convinces Terry to rejoin him. They stop the criminals who are trying to scam the money that initially Allen believes the $32 billion Ershon seeks will come from the New York Lottery Office, but he discovers it will really come from the New York Police retirement fund. Both officers end up getting shot when police backup finally comes, rescuing the two and arresting Ershon and Wesley. Allen and Terry believe that the true heroes are the ones who make the world a better place, not the ones who appear in the newspaper or on TV. Ershon's arrest leads to a stock market crash and a subsequent federal bailout. The film ends with a peacock flying by the screen in reference to Terry's remark "I am a peacock, you gotta let me fly" as Terry and Allen drive off.

Plot

Kassie Larson (Jennifer Aniston) decides she wants to have a baby. Despite the objections of her neurotic best friend Wally Mars (Jason Bateman), she chooses to do it alone, with the services of handsome and charming sperm donor Roland (Patrick Wilson). Wally has always had feelings for Kassie, but as his friend (Jeff Goldblum) points out, he missed his chance and she put him in the "friend zone". Kassie organizes an "insemination party", where Roland produces the sperm in the bathroom, and leaves the bottle there. Wally uses the bathroom and sees the bottle. Not liking the idea of Kassie being inseminated with this sperm, and being drunk, he plays with the bottle, almost throwing the sperm away. Accidentally he really spills it. Panicking, he replaces it with his own.

Seven years later, Kassie returns to New York along with precocious-but-neurotic son Sebastian (Thomas Robinson). Wally forms a bond with this loveable mini-version of himself, but the bad news is that Roland is in the picture too. In the end, Wally tells Kassie that Sebastian is his son and his true feelings for her. At first she is angry, and she does not want to see him again, but Sebastian misses him; finally she breaks up with Roland. Wally proposes to her, and she accepts.

Plot

Dominic Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio), along with point man Arthur (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), is on an extraction mission within the mind of a powerful Japanese businessman Saito (Ken Watanabe); a form of corporate espionage through dreams. Pain is felt in dreams, but death results in awakening. Cobb carries a totem in the form of a spinning top which originally belonged to his deceased wife Mal (Marion Cotillard), to determine whether he is dreaming or awake, which spins at a uniformly fast speed or topples, respectively. The extraction fails due to the intervention of Mal, whose memory haunts Cobb's mind and sabotages his missions. Saito reveals that he is in fact auditioning the team to perform the act of inception: using dreams to implant an idea. He promises to have murder charges against Cobb cleared so that he can return to the U.S. and visit his children, in return for the mission's success.

The target is Robert Fischer (Cillian Murphy), son of Saito's terminally ill corporate rival, Maurice Fischer (Pete Postlethwaite). The objective is to convince Fischer to break up his father's empire. Cobb recruits Eames (Tom Hardy), a forger who can change appearance inside dreams, Yusuf (Dileep Rao), a sedative chemist, and Ariadne (Ellen Page), a student whom he and Arthur train as an architect to design dream worlds. When the elder Fischer dies in Sydney, Saito and the team share the flight with Robert Fischer back to Los Angeles and drug him. They enter Yusuf's dream, a rainy downtown area, and kidnap Fischer. However, they come under attack by Fischer's trained subconscious projections, and Saito is badly injured. Due to the strength of the sedatives and multiple dream layers, death will result in the person going into limbo, a world of unconstructed dream space, for a seemingly indefinite time. Cobb reveals to Ariadne that he spent 50 years with Mal in limbo, where they shaped their own world and lives. After waking, Mal had remained convinced she was dreaming and committed suicide, attempting to persuade Cobb to do so by incriminating him in her death, but he instead fled the U.S. and the murder charges.

Eames changes into Peter Browning (Tom Berenger), Fischer's godfather, to extract information from him, with little success. The team then enters a van and are sedated into Arthur's dream, a hotel, where the team convinces Fischer that the kidnapping on the first level was orchestrated by Browning and that he must enter his godfather's mind to determine his motives. They in fact enter into a third level, dreamt by Eames,[11] where Fischer must break into a snowy mountain fortress to reveal the planted idea. To wake and protect the team, the member dreaming each level stays behind at that level, being assigned the triggering of synchronized kicks: Yusuf driving the van off a bridge, Arthur crashing an elevator carrying the sleeping team members (which turns out to happen in a zero gravity sequence), and Eames detonating explosives in the mountain fortress' foundation. Music played into the dreamer's ears is used to help synchronize the kicks by signaling to the dreamer on each level when a kick on the previous level is about to take place.

Fischer is killed by Mal and goes into limbo. Ariadne and Cobb follow him down and confront her. There Mal attempts to convince Cobb to stay in limbo by making him question reality, referring to events that occurred while he was awake. Cobb reveals that he had originally planted the idea in Mal's mind to wake, making him indirectly responsible for her suicide. She attacks him, but Ariadne shoots her. Cobb remains in limbo to locate a now dead Saito, while Fischer and Ariadne return to the mountain fortress where he comes to the conclusion that his father wanted him to be his own man. Cobb eventually locates an aged Saito and tells him that they need to return to reality. He suddenly wakes on the plane to find everyone up and well. Saito honors their arrangement; Cobb enters the United States and finally returns home to his children. Cobb spins his totem top to test reality, but is distracted by the reunion.

Plot

James "Jimmy" Monroe (Bruce Willis) and Paul Hodges (Tracy Morgan), cops working for the NYPD, are celebrating their ninth year together as partners. After failing to capture Juan Diaz (Cory Fernandez) and for causing a disastrous neighborhood shootout and beating up a child, a heartless police captain suspends them without pay refusing to care about Jim's feelings for his daughter's wedding. Jimmy's daughter Ava (Michelle Trachtenberg) is getting married, and the price for the wedding is close to fifty thousand dollars. Though his ex-wife Pam's second husband Roy (Jason Lee) offers to pay for the wedding, Jimmy is determined to find a way to come up with the money so that Roy won't humiliate him. Paul is worried that his wife Debbie (Rashida Jones) is cheating on him, so he sets up a secret video camera in a teddy bear. While Jimmy is selling a 1952 Andy Pafko baseball card to pay for the wedding, Paul is calling Debbie. Jimmy is robbed by Dave (Seann William Scott), who steals his card and Paul's favorite gun whilst robbing the shop Jimmy was selling his card to. They find out that Dave is going to rob a house that night, so they stake out the house to retrieve the card and gun. Paul arrests Dave and discovers he has sold the card and gun for drugs.

Jimmy previews the tape from Paul's hidden camera and finds what looks to be Debbie and another man, but tells Paul there's nothing on it. They go to the dealer, Poh Boy (Guillermo Díaz), who tells them they may have the card if they retrieve a stolen car. When they find the car, they discover a distressed woman named Gabriela (Ana de la Reguera) in the trunk. Paul then sees the tape from his hidden camera and is heartbroken when he sees that Jimmy has lied: Debbie is with another man in their bedroom. Gabriela reveals that she's the mistress of a murdered drug lord who was kidnapped by Poh Boy's gang. Not wanting to get Jimmy and Paul hurt, she flees, leaving for them a flashdrive concealed in a cross, which contains information about offshore bank accounts. Jimmy and Paul pay Dave's bail so that he may retrieve the card and gun, but he falls out of a tree and apparently dies. Jimmy goes in to retrieve the card, but is surrounded by the gang. At the same time, Paul learns that Debbie is not cheating on him after all: she has played a trick on him for hiding the camera in their bedroom. After killing most of the gang, Jimmy and Paul find Poh Boy holding Gabriela at gunpoint. They shoot him dead, but Paul's bullet goes through the head of the baseball player on Jimmy's card, which is hidden in Poh Boy's shirt pocket. Pleased with the duo's investigation and assisting two colleagues(Adam Brody & Kevin Pollak) who were caught in the shootout, the precinct chief (Sean Cullen) restores Jimmy and Paul to active duty and gives them commendations.

Dejected at the destruction of his card, Jimmy lets Roy pay for the wedding, but Paul discreetly points his pistol at Roy and orders him to sit down at the moment the priest calls out the father who would give away Ava. During the closing credits, it is revealed that Dave did not die in the fall when he pulls a prank on the coroner opening the body bag by doing one of his knock-knock jokes.

Charlie graduates from high school and after getting home from his graduation ceremony, Charlie promises Sam, that they will practice baseball together every day until he leaves. Later that night, Charlie was supposed to go to a graduation party with his friends, but his mother Claire (Kim Basinger) makes him babysit Sam while she picks up another shift at her job as a nurse. When Sam is asleep, Charlie tries to sneak out and go to the party. But he is caught by Sam when he turns his fog lights on and asks Charlie to drive to his friend Tommy's house, Charlie gives in when Sam makes compliments about his car. Whilst driving, Charlie and Sam talk about Charlie's departure until they get into a bad car accident with a Mack semi-trailer. Although a paramedic named Florio Ferrente (Ray Liotta) is able to revive Charlie, Sam succumbs to his wounds, and dies in Charlie's arms. At Sam's funeral, Charlie runs off after being unable to put a baseball glove in the grave and finds Sam's spirit. Charlie keeps his promise to Sam by practicing baseball with him every day at sunset.

Five years later, Charlie, who gave up his scholarship, is now caretaker at a cemetery. During a trip into town, Charlie visits the boat docks and meets Tess Carroll (Amanda Crew), a sailor who dreams of one day sailing around the world. The following day, Charlie runs into Florio Ferrente, the paramedic who saved his life. Ferrente is dying of cancer and questions Charlie if he ever wonders why he was saved and tells him there is a reason for his gift. Charlie returns to the cemetery and finds Tess injured, with whom he develops a relationship. Meanwhile, Sam begins to feel that Charlie is forgetting him when Charlie arrives late for their game of catch. However, Tess follows Charlie as he explains to her that the more he is in her world, the less he can be in Sam's.

Later, Charlie discovers that Tess had gone missing while sailing through a storm a few days earlier, revealing that Charlie could see her just like he could Sam. Ferrente's wife Carla (Francesca in the book) comes to Charlie and tells him that Ferrente had died the previous night and to give him his lucky medallion that he wore the night Charlie was revived. However, while visiting with Sam, Charlie realizes that Tess is not dead and that there's still time to save her life. Along with his friend Alistair and Tess's coach, Charlie and the group take a boat to find Tess based on Charlie's instincts that he knows where she is. The following sunset, Charlie finally misses his game with Sam. As Charlie apologizes, Sam simply tells Charlie that he loves him and takes off as a shooting star to point out Tess' location. The group finds Tess' wrecked boat along with her lying on a rock. Charlie uses his body heat to keep themselves warm until they are eventually found.

Charlie and Tess are taken to the hospital where Alistair tells Charlie that Tess had hypothermia and that he saved her. Later, Charlie purchases an old boat and asks Tess if she would like to take a ride with him. However, Tess fears him explaining that she had been having vivid dreams about them together. Charlie tells Tess that her dreams are memories. Tess takes the chance and goes sailing with Charlie. Charlie decides to resign from his job and goes into the forest to reminisce and say farewell to an older Sam (Chris Massoglia in a deleted alternate ending scene), telling him they'll always be brothers, before leaving the forest with Tess. During the credits, Charlie and Tess finally sail around the world and say goodbye to the citizens in their town.

At the end of the credits, there is an alternative scene; the one in which Charlie realises that Tess is missing. He sits down with his guitar and writes a song about how he feels. In an earlier scene, you can hear this song playing in the background.

Plot

Princess Pearl of Flowerland is sent to Midland at a young age to learn her ceremonials duties. Her mother, the Queen Mother misses her daughter very much that the King orders his sister, the princess, to return home. However, the princess has fallen in love with General Wing of the Midland army and is reluctant to part from him. As their boat approaches the Flowerland border, Pearl and Wing save the life of a girl named Ying, who threw herself into the sea in order to escape an arranged marriage. As the boat arrives on shore, General Wing and his troops along with Pearl continue on their journey, leaving the still unconscious Ying on the boat. Shortly thereafter, they are attacked by pirates and Pearl falls into the ocean in the ensuing chaos. Princess Pearl washes ashore within the Flowerland kingdom and is saved by a man named Million, who is revealed to be Ying's father.

Million is poverty stricken. He intends to force his daughter to honor the promise to marry the son (Chuen) of the literary minister Wu so that he can obtain gifts of money. Million realizes that Pearl is not his daughter, but as she is suffering from amnesia, he decides to adopt the girl in place of Ying. Wu's eldest daughter, Yau, is hot-tempered and practical woman. When she realizes Million has fallen on hard times, she immediately refuses to let them stay in their houses. Finally Wu agrees to let them stay in the servants' quarters until Chuen returns from the Imperial Examination to make his decision about marriage. Upon return, it is discovered that Chuen had earlier fallen deeply in love with a girl he met in town named Ying. He is overwhelmed when he learns that he is asked to marry Ying by her father and immediately wishes to see her. However, he does not recognize Million's daughter as the girl he saw before. He rejects Pearl and Wu is required to pay compensation to Million for the broken engagement. Taking advantage of the situation, Million asks for one million taels as compensation, but Yau in a rap battle, counters that she will pay him only one tael.

Later, the King's troops arrive at the boat of General Wing. Finding it abandoned with exception of an unconscious Ying, they retrieve her mistakenly as Princess Pearl. In the palace, the King decides to select a prince consort for the princess in order to fulfill the happiness of the Queen Mother. Upon seeing the Princess' lavish possessions and home, Ying decides to remain pretending as Princess Pearl. Meanwhile, General Wing continues to search for Pearl and as a foreigner to the Kingdom, he is reluctant to reveal his true identity. During his search, he meets Chuen and Yau. Yau is attracted to Wing and Chuen creates the opportunities for his sister by inviting Wing to stay in their house. At their house, Wing encounters Pearl, but she does not recognize him. Million discovers that Pearl is pregnant and reaches a hasty agreement on the compensation price with Yau. To hide her pregnancy, Pearl is dressed as a man, but meets the King in this guise. The King feels such a strong affinity with the male Pearl that he proposes to make her prince consort. However, Wu also hope Chuen to become prince consort and arranges for him to enter the selection process as a contender. And finally, General Wing hearing that Pearl is in the palace concludes that the Pearl he met earlier must be merely a look-a-like and also enters the competition.

The King's competition involves tests of archery, strength, and kung fu. Wing and Chuen, both being highly skilled in combat, pass the tests with flying colors. Peal however, struggles with the competition and passes only barely from the help of some luck. Despite Wing and Chuen's success, the King chooses the disguised Pearl as the prince consort for his sister. Million realizes that he is in a sticky situation as he expected Pearl to lose badly in the competition. With this dilemma, he goes to a bar to get drunk. Wing is also at the bar is determined to reunite with his true love and proposes to kidnap the princess at night. Million overhears this and sees this as an opportunity for him and Pearl to avoid trouble as Pearl would not have to marry the princess if she is kidnapped, giving them an excuse to leave and possibly collect financial compensation from the King. That night, Million eagerly awaits Wing to arrive and kidnap the princess. Pearl and Ying, now in the same bedroom are reluctant to move towards one another. Finally, Wing arrives but, encounters Chuen who plans to kidnap the princess as well. They spar in a kung fu battle, but are apprehended by the King's troops who had anticipated that they might come and kidnap his sister. Million, Wing, and Chuen are captured and ordered to beheading by the King. Million in a desperate moment, reveals the truth of Pearl to the King. The King not believing him, orders everyone to assemble at the palace so they can explain to him the situation.
